It is 8:25 Central and I cannot log in. I got the patch and applied it. I get to the server select screen, click on Victory and I get the hourglass as normal, then it throws me the "Cannot Connect To DB Server message."
Am I the only one unable to connect?

I purposely left them out because I don't feel that they're worth taking. They are all too situational to be really all that useful to most people, and they can't be used to mule any useful sets.
I'm hoping to eventually compile a list of all these as well, but it's going to take quite awhile.

It's nothing people can't work around, and easily. But it is going to cause an awful
lot of "junk" or "mule" picks, just to fill space, with the corresponding "I'd like to
do something with this power, but can't afford to..." feelings to go with it.
Basically more and more builds are going to feel like slotting tri-form khelds.
And ZOUNDS!!!!! This will make it tons easier to fit in my beloved Transport Foe!!!!!!

Tamaki, you can't quit now. Even if all your toons are so uber they don't need inherent Fitness, and your 50s scoff at the Alpha Slot, think of Issue 20!!! Not just any NDA but a signed NDA!

I fight them happily with my Spines/Elec scrapper mostly because their endurance sucking is like a tiny tickle to me

Right now my Fire/Fire Scrapper is standing in a completely cleared map, a map which has the last objective showing. When I poke that last objective it says "You can't complete this objective yet"
There is nothing in this map but myself and it!!!
I sent in a petition, but after an hour have heard nothing
This is a Tip mission, called "You're a Cruel One, Mr Phipps."
If you do it, beware. . .it is possibly bugged.

OUCH, yes it hurts. However, on my Ice/Ice Blaster I have learned the Tao of Teleport Foe and I have a good time with it.
I peek around a corner, target my chosen victim, duck back out of sight and teleport him to me. I feel like a spider reeling in my prey
This helps break up the mob into a doable number. I find Blasting two bad guys is tons safer than three. My Blaster in the 20s so as I get more good powers I will probably be able to respec out of it..or not as I am having a "blast" with it.
Now, an AOE Immob sounds like something I can work with. Put a lot of immob duration enhancements in the power..encase my victims in the AOE immob, teleport one out and around the corner to me, get him out of the picture, and mop up the rest as I am sure I can handle two irate bad guys.
Hmmm, so I need a good single target hold to render my victim helpless when I transport him to me.
I need to try this out.

I too am wanting to play a Domi in Praetoria and have been struggling with which combo to go with...I am a scrapper person
One of my friends has a Mind/Energy and played it solo nonstop for a long while..he said it was like playing a Blaster with holds.
I have a Mind/Elec which plays like a Mind controller who does great damage. I absolutely love her, solo with her, and will try to do tip missions to get her heroside.
Now, for Praetoria, I want something other than Mind, and have been stubbling around trying to figger out what.
I had about settled on Electric Control/Ice, when I read Beyeajus's idea for a Plant/Fire.
Grin..I guess I can do both

This may not be a dating plug. He might just want to team with people who are his generation, and us female gamers who are 35+ are interesting critters
There is another reason why he might feel more relaxed with a female gamer, but I won't go into that.

Yay! That's great Fred! Let's hope it lasts. I have an arc on that 4.5 cusp too and it pops up gets a play or two before it gets a 4 star and drops back to 4 star hell again where it sits for months with no plays.
