Tired and Sad, Beware this Tip Mission
Wow, that's pretty cruel.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
In a couple of my missions I've had similar problems. There was one I did earlier today that required me to interact with Maelstrom. Only problem was he was completely invisible. It took several searches over the map before I found him. And even then, it was only because my mouse happened to go over him and I saw the blue rectangle around him.

The same thing happened to me today. I thought he'd be near the Malta minions, but I didn't expect him to be invisible.

Were you doing the hero version? Because I just ran across this mission and despite your warning, the temptation to take down Mr. Phipps (vigilante version) was far too great. And I did, no problems!

my lil RWZ Challenge vid
Right now my Fire/Fire Scrapper is standing in a completely cleared map, a map which has the last objective showing. When I poke that last objective it says "You can't complete this objective yet"
There is nothing in this map but myself and it!!!
I sent in a petition, but after an hour have heard nothing
This is a Tip mission, called "You're a Cruel One, Mr Phipps."
If you do it, beware. . .it is possibly bugged.
Lisa-Really, really wanted to complete this.
So don't wait for heroes, do it yourself
You've got the power
winners are losers
who got up and gave it just one more try
