  4. I'm an Incarnate (read: level-shifted) Bots/FF. I don't individually bubble my henchmen (unless one is under heavy fire) and I have no problems contributing to L54 content.

    Apex, Tin Mage, BAF Trial, Lambda Trial is all good for me - worst that happens is I lose a couple of bots and need to resummon during a quiet period.

    Now, with Necro I'd reckon you're going to be doing a lot of resummoning against L54 AV's which tend to have fairly hard-hitting melee AoE's. I'd recommend going /Dark Miasma as the -ToHit stacking will have a good chance at keeping your henches safe (as well as having all the tools needed for endgame fights - namely Res and Regen Debuffs)

    Bad plan, unless it's optional (add in a Dual Pistols-style toggle?) since to do that they'd either have to increase the Endurance Cost (as per the AoE Upgrade powers now) or reduce the shield values.

    For me, it would be a bonus having access to the US Server Lists (and more specifically the US Test and Beta servers).

    2. What is happening to EU Global Channels? Will they cease to be, or otherwise how will conflicts be handled?
  13. Excellent initiative (done a similar thing myself back on the old EU forums, when they existed)

    General Archetype Bugs and Glitches
    • On zoning, there remains a chance that your henchmen will not respond to /pet commands (e.g. this includes /petcomall dismiss) and the only solution is to rezone, or use /releasepets and resummon

    General Archetype Henchmen AI Issues:
    • Certain static AoE damage patches will cause henchman AI to go crazy and run randomly across the map. When this happens they will fail to respond to any command for a short period (except /petcomall passive stay). This is most apparent with the damage patch left by dying Rikti Monkeys.

    Enhancement and Invented Enhancement Bugs and Glitches:
    • Despite many henchmen only taking Pet Sets, these enhancements will not always apply to all the powers an individual henchman has. This is most apparent with endurance issues - like with Protector Bots (post-32 upgrade)
    • The Gaussians Chance for Buildup can be slotted into Thugs' Enforcers, but will not proc on their own Leadership powers (merely on initial summon)
  14. You can craft any other Tier 3 Musculature - which means you can go the same route as before, and instead pick the other branching result.

    There are recipes to combine any two Tier 3 for either Tier 4 so don't worry how you get to that stage.
  15. Well, here's my current live build. It's got a few expensive(ish) enhancements, but nothing horrendous in terms of cost.

    Some might want to swap in some +Def IO's into the Protector Bots, and maybe shift a few slots into other powers to get a few more +Def Set Bonuses.

    But for me, once the Nerve Alpha Incarnate power is active (+20% Def) and I have Force Shield from my Protector Bots I am soft-capped and able to plough through most things without blinking.

    With Musculature Alpha slotted, I take some damage, but things die a chunk faster (and I have PFF and Aid Self if things get too hairy).

    Keeping active is done with my Vet Nem Staff, Pulse Rifle Burst, Web Envelope and Web Cocoon. I have enough to do so I don't have to sit back and enjoy the firefight (though i certainly can if I choose to!)

    As per the FAQ...

    3- What will happen if my European account name is the same as someone else’s in North America?
    We wanted to keep this process as simple and manageable as possible to allow European and North American accounts to access all City of Heroes servers. All European accounts with a name conflicting with a North American account will be prepended with an “EU”. For instance, let’s take a hypothetical European account called “Cityof”. Pre-pended with “EU” would make it “EUCityof”. That is the only change to account names in that respect. We determined that this was the lowest number of users that would be affected by this account name change. North American accounts with conflicting names won’t be affected by this change.

    So if you have the account name sinergyx (twice) you're soon going to have sinergyx and eusinergyx

    Best power ever!

    I love the animation of the Thunderous Blast - your character raising it's arms as it charges them up with electrical power and when it reaches that critical point, throwing it out at your foes. Great animation, and a (semi)ranged nuke!

    The latest animation that I really like though is the summon for an Incarnate Lore pet! Really says you're about to pop out something special!

    Handy for self info (if nothing is selected) or for the info of anything you have targeted otherwise!
  21. I'm a Bots/FF MM and have Nerve Core Paragon (Very Rare) and Musculature Total Core Revamp (Rare, will become Musculature Core Paragon next week).

    Reasoning? You can fix endurance problems with IO sets, recharge doesn't affect henchmen (and as FF, recharge is of limited use anyway) and IO sets can't grant accuracy or damage to henchmen.

    Remember, each henchman represents 3+ attack powers apiece - anything you can do to boost that output (in Acc or Dam, as you can't with Rchg) is all to the good.

    I can see some argument for Spiritual or Cardiac with other secondaries, but not with Forcefield.

    In a team setting I use Nerve (for the defence boost to Forcefields) and solo I use Musculature (to bump up my solo damage). Once I have my Barrier Destiny up to a reasonable (Uncommon+) level I'll probably be less inclined to use Nerve for the defence, but the additional accuracy for Ionic Judgement will be hard to give up (maybe once I see it with Musculature instead...)

    Edit: for point of reference, my build to date which has no endurance issues, except during initial summoning

    Absolutely, but how would it be handled is the question? Are all EU Global Channels just going to cease to exist and need re-created? Will the channels get renamed, akin to Global Names by dropping a character off the channel name? Will conflicting channels be merged, and if so will mods from EU and US remain, or will some rights be lost?

    This is why we need it added to the FAQ by the devs with what they are going to make happen on this front.
