Incarnate Question Tier 4

So i am trying to figure out tier 4,and would like to hear some feedback before i mess something up.

So i got my toon who has Tier 3 Muscle total core revamp and if i get this straight i need to make tier 1 (again),then go to other tree?Muscle radial boost(tier 2),then Muscle total revamp (tier 3)before making tier 4.

Is this correct? Or can someone clarify for me please.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

You can craft any other Tier 3 Musculature - which means you can go the same route as before, and instead pick the other branching result.

There are recipes to combine any two Tier 3 for either Tier 4 so don't worry how you get to that stage.
