So i am trying to figure out tier 4,and would like to hear some feedback before i mess something up.

So i got my toon who has Tier 3 Muscle total core revamp and if i get this straight i need to make tier 1 (again),then go to other tree?Muscle radial boost(tier 2),then Muscle total revamp (tier 3)before making tier 4.

Is this correct? Or can someone clarify for me please.
