    Help please :)

    [ QUOTE ]
    It does!?!?!! *boggles*

    [/ QUOTE ]

    It doesn't, though it should!

    Here's the animation

Oh and this is still one of my favorite "Hitting 50" moments (isn't my character, I'm the one casting the healing rings you see in the lower left corner, but it still was great!).

    Japan

    [ QUOTE ]
I studied Japanese in school, but I only really learned it when I was thrown into a town for 2 years with a total of 2 other native English speakers.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That's actually one of the best ways to learn a foreign language, as stressful as it may be. You're hearing it constantly, have plenty of opportunities to practice, and you're more-or less forced to. Its how you learned your first language after all!

In general that is... when my best friend was living over in Japan it annoyed the heck out of him that everyone wanted to practice their English with him rather then speak Japanese. Those that didn't just stare at him because of his red hair, that is.

I hope you have the time to proofread the HTML code you'll be receiving, Ex, or I predict a Rickroll epidemic.

"Click here to show chart? OK >click< Hey that's a nice chart..."
"Ain't never gonna give you up."
    "DAMNIT!"

    [/ QUOTE ]

    *shrug*

It'll just get treated like any other Rick Roll, I'd suspect... good bye guide!

There are probably worse things to be on the look out for in html guides.

    Japan

The Mistry of Foreign Affairs is a good place to dig up some of the information on visas.

Japan isn't the easiest place to move to, by far. Despite becoming a more "open" country, there is still a lot of resistance to foreigners.

Teaching English always seems like the easiest way to get over there, if you have a Bachelor's degree at least.
  5. Still sticking to that story are you?

    I just take forever and a half to get anything done >.< you'll probably see my submission oh... on the 24th of January <'x'>;

That's how I roll you know >.> *procrastinator*

    [/ QUOTE ]

Probably better then how I do it... spend an entire month working on a piece only to decide to redraw it the night before its due in.
  7. Meh... all you have to learn is what Peter Petrelli (hero) and/or Sylar (villain) look like. Both of them could potenially have any super power you can dream up, so you don't have to know much else.
  8. Its a Commonwealth thingie... has something to do with people getting up early and standing in line to box with one another over discounted merchandise... or something like that.
  9. I think I'm horrified!

    >.>

Or in love. Those two are so closely related, its hard to tell sometimes...

Umm... thanks for the support everyone!

It may well be something that not everyone is going to get by relying on their own powers. Gold is designed to be flustrating. If you aren't willing to respec and/or stand around and beg for buffs, then you won't get it. Not all badges are fun, sorry.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    There. Much more accurate.

Meh I leave my top time at 20 seconds flat...

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yeah? And what did you have on you?

My Brute with Superspeed, Swift, and Sprint all slotted with at least one run enhancement got 22 seconds with no problem once he had speedboost. Keep getting around 25 without it.

My Defender with sprint with one run enhancement in it, accelerated metabolism, and hurdle can get in at around 25 with speedboost and runs at around 27~28 without.

My poor PB with an unslotted sprint, swift slotted for fly, and the safeguard movement boost temp power can't seem to get lower then 29 with speedboost, and can't break 30 without it.

Sadly, the latter is my badge hunter. Its very frustrating.
  13. Getting all the badges on the ski run are just turning out to be a practice in frustration. The apparent need for running and/or jump boosts is a pain.

So, when do WE get OURS

    [/ QUOTE ]

When we spend the billions of dollars needed to invent an Enema arrow to threaten SexyJay with.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Would that also lead to more "Pain Pads"-type costume pieces?

    Kahlan D'Rane forgot a really important question...how does Manticore(being a Trick Arrow/Archery Defender) deal with "r u healr" tells?

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Drat! We blew it!
  17. [ QUOTE ]
Heh heh heh I wish that the most recent "Manticore" fan art might have found its way into that first article.... heeeeee.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I told them all that it needed to be included, but they all just laughed.

    Nice chest... umm... plate!

Really, though, I love seeing great costumes like that... you know, that don't use most or all of the matching pieces from the new sets.
  20. Yeah, the end of the year is always hectic, even without colds and meet n greets and time travel and such.
