Or that she wants to ask a stupid question and get a stupid answer.
Edit: Nevermind. AASQ and Son of AASQ are no longer the longest threads on the forum. -

Quote:From the overview page:I like the chain mail, and am not actually all that interested in the Black Knight armor. I have a bunch of people who can use that chain mail though.... Its just the idea that we VIPs are going to have to shell out.... AGAIN.
Quote:New Chain Mail and Leather Armor Costume Set: All VIP players have access to the Chain Mail and Leather Armor costume set. Look the part of a crusading knight, yeoman archer, or a rowdy barbarian in this versatile set. -

The concern being that, with a particularly large screen, the team list is all the way across the screen from the rest of the buttons, and since I tend use the cursor, it'd certainly be easier to have a macro. (I like the default UI)
Arachnid, I'll give that a try with /Macro "something". Thanks. -
How would you create a macro to target a dead ally for vengeance?

Clockwork01 posted a lot of pictures, but Zwillinger had to take them down.

If putting it on the market instead of putting it in a cycle that would return it to the tier 9 rewards would mean that we'd get a new tier 9 costume instead, I am totally in favour of that.

Quote:I'd have answered Samuel Tow's question, but I had to correct you:Entropic Aura which grants the user status protection, as well as a scaling +rech buff from nearby foes as well as -rech to foes in the aura. Brutes, Tankers and Scrappers get it while Stalker get Entropy Shield, a self status protection toggle that also gives a static +rech bonus.
Tankers don't get it. -
We're never going to get a chain of people answering the same question longer than four in this thread, are we?
-
Quote:THat's true. On scrappers, damage auras do not taunt. And tank damage auras didn't get a taunt until mid-issue three.I'm open to corrections, but if I'm not mistaken, Damage Auras aren't necessarily the same thing as Taunt Auras.
However, every brute damage aura includes a taunt effect. -

Damnit UberGuy, you were supposed to comment about how the radius of Gauntlet changes, just like the four posts before yours.
-
Quote:The radius on guantlet is dependent upon the power. Jab has a three foot radius, but Knock-out Blow has a 17 foot radius.Unless mids and City of Data are wrong, every brute has Taunt auras.
Also, how many targets can gauntlet actually effect? Looking at City of data it looks like 5 targets in a 3' radius. The radius of a player capsule is 1.5', which takes up space in PBAoEs, is there a similar issue for critters? What determines a hit? (asking, does the radius of the power need to just touch the capsule, or does it require covering a certain percentage of the capsule?) -

I am, at this moment, imagining a cat whorfing up a Force Field Generator, caltrops, and a Regeneration device, as if the three were hair balls.
-
I got 45% defense smashing/lethal on an invulnerability tank with no toggles.
-
Today's status quo does not involve Hybrid Melee whatsoever.
We know what it could potentially be, but, as you said, blasters and kheldians could potentially get massive buffs. -
You're right. I hadn't even considered Martial Arts or Kinetic Melee.
Melee Weapon sets are at least easy in that, once you decide how the weapon is held, you just need to describe an arc for the weapon.
Trick Arrow and Archery seem tricky too. -
-
Complain about weapons all you like, I have at least two characters who would be happier as cats-- but I have no idea what their attacks would look like if they were cats instead of bipedal cat-like beasts.
I'm just trying, and failing, to imagine Energy Transfer or Thunder Strike animating on a cat. -
Quote:Fair enough. I suppose I do tend to think about aggro in single target terms, because the only way i tend to know who has aggro is to see what direction an enemy is facing.Which would be relevant in the context of the statement "Brutes hold aggro against a single target as well as Tankers do." Against the more general statement, its lack of relevance without extremely strong evidence to support it makes the assertion lack foundation, which is the definition of a weak statement.
