I agree that this would have been a great idea when they were launching badges, any character not in the tutorial zone the day badges were launched would get it (so as to be mutually exclusive with Isolator), but I think it's a bit late now for it. The data mining required would take an immense amount of time, it's just throughly impractical. In that first September, I'd be all for it. But now, I'll make do without either badge.

There was talk of adding one... but it would be beyond reason for anyone to attain the 10,000 Monkey badge at this point. The reason the badge was lowered in the first place was to compensate for the increased difficulty in getting to 10,000.

If we made a 10,000 badge now, we'd have the same problem all over again.

How about a badge for 12 monkies?

This is part of the reason I think it would be fun to have a website with "Troll Intelligence" on super heroes. Sort of a sister site to "Crey Industries". Except all surveillance photos would need to be stick figure drawing.

If I new how to webmaster, I would so set that up, but I'm web illiterate.

And I can't think of a good name for it anyway.

I think the idea is that Christians and Jews have part of the truth, but because they don't have the book of Islam, they don't have all of the truth. Or something to that affect.

I really don't know all that much about Islam.

I almost the entirety of my exposure to christian beliefs comes from Jack Chick's website. (I really hope he isn't the best source though)

I'm just going to argue that there isn't, per se, a "Judeo-Christian" God. There is a God of the Hebrews and there is a God of the Christians, and never the twain shall meet.

And the God of the Hebrews is not perfect, he's a jealous God. He says as much himself.

With Hasten Running, you'll have about 19 seconds of Rage stacking and 10 seconds of rage up with no activity.

If you drop one of the slots from Rage, or just change it from Recharge to +to hit, you'll still have Perma-Rage (it will become availible when you're only allowed self-buffs.)

But if you think that getting -25 endurance more frequently is worth the 20% damage buff for those 19 seconds, go for it.

Yeah, there were two players on the last team who wanted to farm rather than complete. One a controller who seemed to be phase shifted the best part of the mission.

Alanso was chosen for a special project by the military, he was one of 15,000 volunteers for a special research project, one of 2,400 that met the physical requirements and the research preferences, and one of 100 whose number was drawn in the lottery following. He was not given a placebo.

Through extensive procedures, invasive surgery, and almost inethical experimentation, along with gene treatment, he was tailored to fit the requirements:

They wanted someone to serve as a distraction. He would hold the attention of an enemy force while the covert agents did what was necessary to complete the mission.

He would be invulnerable, and do just enough damage to be a worry. The enemy would throw everything they had at him to no effect.

Alanso is not yet at the desired level of effectiveness, so while the military is still doing experiments, he was assigned the designation of Decoy, and promoted. Now running missions to gain familiarity and skill with his powers, he is in Paragon city, where he will stay until the experimentation has finished, at which point he will be ready to serve his purpose.

Alanso has not seen any of the other soldiers who volunteered yet, and does not know what has happened to them.

But he fights for Truth, Justice, and things that are considered to be, on the whole, good.

The changes to Knockout Blow sound very tempting. Suddenly I'm thinking about getting more offensive powers rather than the nearly strictly defense path I've been running.

I've heard it said if you don't build heavily defensive, you're just a gimpy scrapper.
