i think you will find the permade "heel" icon that can be found in your list of powers does the same thing.

its hardly game breaking, how offten do you have 14 kins running about following a granit tank just so he can jump.

maybe you can add the requierment to pick up some exploration badges on route cant think of any of the top of my head.

been around along time got my 51 month vet and 54 vet is due 11th November
i keep mostly to myself and still get strange comments from ppl saying how come they dont know me even tho i have some many vets its because i dont bring attention to my self often or use the boards much. i just sit back and watch and yes i have my eyes on you.

the original animation for storm kick in the scrapper MA set was better think of shadow maul/sands of MU but with 1 leg

from my experiance with it no and it dont use that much end either, i can run assult, manauvers, tactics, hover, DF and FB and still gain end faster than i use it

with rad control range aint that important unless u want to pull, iv always dumped my RI in the middle of a group and get in close that way they all come in close and suffer the to-hit debuff and deff de-buff the proced to take them out one at a time, works fine for me aslong as there is no more that about 8 mobs to kill then i close to an end wipe. -
this is 1 of the best set if u like to solo AM and haste work nicly together and iv been able to take out EB's solo with my build. also with the resistance debuff on the sonic attacks and the resistance debuff on EF you can pump out alot of damage. although the acc on the sonic attacks seams to be lower than other corruptor attack but this is nicly off set with 2 ACC SO's and RI.

It'd be class though. Summon Cthulu, mobs go insane and try to claw out their own eyes, your allies go mad and try to claw out their own eyes, you go mad and try to claw out your own eyes. Ctulthu goes on rampage and thrashes Paragon.
Reckon it'd have to be a Tier 3 summon

i think to summon Ctulthu would have to be a tier 5 summon (new epic summon)and be your lvl +30 granted it would leave u with a semi perma fear effect and try to destroy the world, but would be fun as it runs off to solo hami for u -
iv found the the medic has a shorter range attack than the other mercs so with the attack my target command, he tends to be closer than the other mercs and usually takes the brunt of the attacks.
Also iv noticed that when teamed with a bot MM there protector bot bubbles up all the bots, then all my mercs but never puts a bubble on me or other players in the team. This leads me to beleave that there is something in the pet AI that causes all pets on a team to regard each other as one of there own and maybe the cause of the pets running of to with with another MM pets when your now where near the other MM. -
yer its can be hard de-buffing with RI or EF in a pick up team or a team that is heave on the AoE's. And fire rain used to pee me off so much i would not bother with the de-buffs at all or just leave the team, only real advice it to explain to the team about how your power works (as any1 that has never played a rad de-buffer prob dont realize its a TAoE).

with each 3 slotted even recharge and both powers activated at the same time u have about a 10-15 sec down time on the AM and 20-25 sec downtime on the haste.

corruptors are nice, easy to play solo or as part of a team and with a good build you can PvP and PvE with out much power swapping. and with rad de-buffs you can de-buff acc,damage, res, def, recharge, speed, rec and health and if you can keep mobs together do all that AoE 2.

some of the enh types that u can put into pets only come in the play once they have the right pet upgrade power.
ie heal in the Zombie power only works once the pet is upgraded with the last (lvl 32) upgrade power and the zombies start to use syphon life power they get.
also the hold enh slot in spec opps only works once you use the last upgrade and it get choke grenades.

im not sure y ppl keep saying tht GF has acc penalties, iv not noticed and penalty to my or my henchmen when i had it. GF is good for MM that have henchmen that use ranged as the main attack (mercs and bots)and the only benifit to others is the extra speed it alows ninjas and undead to get to the target. The only reason i dropped it was coz of all the moaning i got from other players when i teamed with them (personally i think there should be an option like the one u get with recall friend so u can opt out of its effect).

and the last power in the monkey set should be "barrel of monkeys" power places a large barrel on the ground, then thousands of small monkeys pour out doing damage to every thing on the current game map (damage extream DoT, recharge ulrta long(as u have to catch all the monkeys and put them back in the barrel for l8er use), uses all end to use).

and if they costa as much as they did in beta its not worth it till u have lots if spare inf to waste.
