Its more of the effect that those builds arnt the end all PvP builds for those 2 ATs.Thats the part of the belief that is Ignorant.
Not only do I rarly see either of those combos when I PvP on Freedom (never acctually seen a Psi/EM), but you can make any Build and PvP it as long as youv got enough IOs stacked up onto it.
Some you wouldnt have to IO at all and they would destroy other players.Such as a Elec/FA Scrapper thats built correctly.It could destroy people on SOs alone.
So before you think im Ignorant, rethink whats really the Ignorant part of your narrow understanding of the game.
edit: oh ya my narrow understanding of the game lol? coming from a guy that once claimed to be able to get perma hasten with just SOs ya I never forget anything GFTO. -

Common sense tells me that NCsoft isn't afriad to close servers or even games if buisness isn't up to snuff. They've done so in the past what makes any think they won't again in the future. So that must mean COX isn't really losing that many subs as not to be profitable enough to keep all the servers up and running.
They even still have the euro servers up which has to say something. -

I just returned but the new market who ever designed the look and functionality bleh no offence but a monkey coulda done better.
I click bid it doesn't work, I click get inf it doesn't work, It's fugly, and I have to scroll alot more then neccesary. How many times am I suppose to click a button before the action that the button says its gonna do does it.
Can you devs please make a button to makes classic mode appear, thank you. -
Ya I do gold rolls with my tickets i hate getting junk by the butt load and a gold roll is the same as a random merits roll so much better recipes.
Besides what's the best you can get in bronze rolls KB IOs or something? I've been gone for a few months and they were selling for what 5 mill back then what's the going rate now? -

the only problems I have with TOs,DOs and SOs are the stupid names they have. I make pretty much all my toons mutant origin just because the majority of those SOs are called what they are ie damage=damage.
My idea switch the names of all the SOs etc call them what they are and not something stupid like cybernetic goo or some crap that I have to right click and hit info just to see what it enhances.
Some are ok color coded but them you get to the light beige ones and are like wtf does this enhance. -
Dear Mod 12 I seen some of your post and they read like a computer generated response, loosen up some cause my T.V. has a better personallity as far as I've seen.

My take on MA since I have spent a good 1000 hours at least playing the set and it is my favourite scrapper primary only cause the flair it has. Ok changes and not many.
1. Make eagles claw like Golden dragonfly so it has a small cone and explain it with air burst from such a hard kick or whatever. And I don't think anyone can argue Golden dragonfly isn't a good attack in pvp regardless of its tiny cone so the same would be true for EC. I would be upset if EC animation gets changed it's looks to good.
2. Increase dragon tall to 10 foot radius like others have said simple enough.
3. Either make cobra strike a mag 4 stun or add OK damage to it.

My SG named "The super best friends forever" lol not really short but there you have it.
It's got telepads to most zones only a few zones are missing can't think which rite now.
It was just me and a friend who build it took about a year pretty good for 2 peeps I think.
I won't sell it for less then 1 billion though so you probably don't want it. -

Im read this somewhere else but can't remember where but it made awhole lot of sense.
Having swap ammo as a power pick is like making fire pick its DOTs as a power, or energys KB as a power, or rads minus def as a power. It seems like **** to me and people are eating said **** cause of the flash. Oh well. -

These are still stacking in pvp zones where i would notice it the most. I stand right next to NPCs without them doing anything. I was in there last yesterday so yep working on my end too.

I love seeing brutes with ninja run in RV and it is only ever brutes that I see, my blaster drops snowstorm on them and completely cripples their movement.

Hurricane, Gale, Tornado and Phantom Army rarely see use. Greater invisibilty usually stays off unless I'm scoutting due to my use of Steamy Mist. I don't even have Flash (all troller team, so...it hasn't been needed)
Most of our fights come down to Sleet Storm, Spectral Terror and then spot controls with Blind, Spectral Wounds and Confuse.
I only bring out the Army if there's a significant force to deal with. I only use Hurricane to deny the enemy access to an area, usually when indoors and in conjunction with another teammember's Bonfire and another's Earthquake and Quicksand. I only use Tornado indoors so far, and only when I know where all the enemies are, as long as I can control/predict the enemy's position, I can make use of the Tornado.
Likewise, I intend to take this philosophy with Mastermind.
Use only one pet summon at a time for most circumstances, in cases where we're expecting heavy resistance, bring them all out ahead of time and enhance. In case of surprise, probably get them upgraded slower, but still quickly enough.
Basically, only use as much force as is needed for the particular situation, no more, no less.
screw that noise I bring as much pain to every battle that I can possibly muster up. And I live for my pets causing trouble. How could you not pull your army out every chance you had? I do. No such thing as to much force. All hail bluesides new hordes and armys of pets
Just a difference in play styles I guess
