would it be a wiser move to swap out hasten and tatics for focused acc and physical perfection? as stated i dont need the haste due to the lotg and pp would add more hp/sec
Edit: i did exactly that and gained a little more then 3 hp/sec and .02 end per sec

i honestly never really knew how much recharge a WP toon needed as ive only made this one (just created a second today for staff). im deff gonna go back and swap things around alot for more regen/def and take away some of the recharge. thanks a ton for the input

i saddly was not able to come around tonight in time for TT.

i made a DB/WP scrapper the day it came out but only had a basic idea of how to use io's and dident use mids so ive finnaly decided to come back to the toon after finishing a new TW/Stone tank. the scrapper is one of my personal fave toons to run so im trying to make sure i can get the best out of the build i made for him. ive spent proly 10 hrs on mids tweaking the build countless times but i feel its ready however id like as much outside input as i can get. i mostly plan on running the toon with other teams so i traded a tiny amount of def for damage. i have a unlimited budget. i left out barrier so it wouldent mess up the defence numbers but i already have t3 of it.

i have never in all my time playing ever kicked someone because they choose not to take a power even if its good. ive also been yelled at for not taking a power. my DB/WP scrapper doesnt have the empowering attack combo and someone called me a noob for not taking it. personaly i dont like the combo because you have to builb up to it so to speak and my build was too tight to take it so it went to the wayside for the better sweep and attack vitals combos. i say more power to someone that plays without things people think are needed and do it well.

i spent 80% of my time on running a +4x8 farm for anyone that wanted to join. i made 200 mill in influence alone :P saddly not a single purple drop
and i lvled my new controler up to 20 something

i did one on my scrapper (also speeded it) and i had no idea what was going on which is why i wana do them at a nice pace so i can read everything and whatnot.

i believe i was there with my blaster Tir Ghost. was quick and easy imo
also ive yet to run any of the SSA so if your interested in redoing them im willing to join ya as i feel ive been missing out. -

not sure if the hami raid was going to happen. heard through the grapevine that most people wanted to check out the new content (those of us that dident get onto beta because we dont wana ruin the supprise)

after playing for so long i usually notice when my toons are introuble (instinct after playing them so long) that i can usually pull them out of it before its bad. it still would be handy to have floating around thats for sure.

heh most of you know me and for those of you that dont im a long standing player and ive gotta say lookin at you guy's windows shows me alot of things that i dont know how to bring up and whatnot. like the window that shows your toon's defences/resistances. ive known about the resize and opaque settings which are handy. i honestly dont see how you guys like the "new" team window look. bugs me. for the most part my ui looks how it comes default. a couple of my toons have extra trays open for powers (never used a macro nor do i know how to make one :P). when i do things like MSR's or Hami raids ill open extra tabs set to request so i can keep on eye on things. just goes to show how much i dont know even tho ive been here a while

i can understand that an uber tank could get boring but it would be nice for me since i dont have one. my only other tank (invuln/mace) just never really grabs my attention so i dont run him much.

i was busy on tuesday due to the holidays but i would like to suggest next TT's adgenda. it would be fun to gather up and head out to PI for a visit to Giant Monster island.

no the defence bonus does not stack. id say saddly but that would be a little too broken. another thing is im not after a tank that deals massive amounts of damage. if i want that i would play another archtype. im after a toon thats exactly that. a tank. i do have a few questions to those of you that know stone tanks.
how does a granite tank's end hold up under normal combat?
does leadership (tatics, manuvers, assult) work well in tank builds?
would spring attack be good to have?
my ideal build would be granite armor plus the powers that work with it from stone then the aoe/cone powers from titan weps, leadership, spring attack. beyond that im open to suggestions. -
momentum is buildup with the added bonus of granting momentum and making your anamation times for the attacks gone. also some of the finishers cant be activated without momentum. its an interesting powerset. i really like it. recharge time isent that bad as far as i know for the set and when you have momentum up it really dishes out the hits but its attacks are slow without. also the first power gives a 15% def for S/L. i would be fine with the toon not dishing out too much damage because he should be doing his job as a tank. not scrapper.
