Seems to be pvp is more broken then ever before if i should just be ignoring scrappers. But, i guess the above poster made that clear anyway.

Sucks a lot. This was my favorite pvp for sure out of all the other mmos i've tried. Shame it's really been gutted so much.

how can you take down a tank that uses barrier over and over again? his high resistance would make it difficult to kill fast but when you give him a massive amount of defence, you cant kill him, and when barrier is low to its +5def/res your slowly making progress, then bam! once he is low on hits, he uses barrier all over again and while he is healing your stuck waiting for him to go back down to +5def/res and the only way your able to survive that is by using barrier yourself

In short, even if you're a personal friend or S/VG member, if you're on
the opposing faction in a PvP zone, first and foremost, you're a target
before anything else.

That is the PvP etiquette I'm aware of...
