Actually, I use it straight after Tar Patch - Tar Patch, Rain, Fire Ball, Breath ... mop up anything left standing (rare, but it happens).
I'm guessing the OP wants to use it every fight (which the 3 rech effectively lets you with SOs).
Nice thing about the dark secondary is it actually turns rain of fire into a power you might actually want to take.
I'd question the lack of tactics and would prefer to see leaping over fly, but that's personal preference...
Nice set of powers and I was really worried these would get nerfed for being overpowered ... until I ran into a +1 Damned. -
A lot of the epic powers used to get 5/6 slotted, so heavily hit by the bat we don't talk about ...

Well, the plan hasn't changed from last time (as far as I can tell). So you should see about as much action.
Note this isn't down to the people leading the raid - there seems to be "one way to do it". If anybody ever comes up with a scrapper/tank friendly hami raid (more than just clearing Mitos) , I'd love to see it in action... -
That's how I slot in general play. Maybe lose a recharge in favour of a hold for PvP...

My main observation on this is that opening with PA is generally a very risk free move - keeping an eye on where all the aggro goes when PA drops (as you are very unlikely to have them perma) is the difficult bit. And opening against a PSI AV with a big initial opening salvo with PA gets you a lot of very happy campers on team. THought I'd already posted this but can't see it now. never mind. -

I started on of these while my main was "logging off, try again in a few seconds" last night.
Pure unadulterated fun. Great for PvP and PvE, with a horrendous number of attack powers. Love it.
Between this, Robotics/Traps and my corruptor, not sure I'm ever going to settle on a main... something I didn't find difficult at all in CoH. -

A kinetics power ... psi is great in PvP and once all their end is gone, even DA/stone will run away ... as the OP said, Kin is great .... coupled with pretty much anything (don't like psi ever since I got 3 levels of robot missions in a row, probably down to the stupid origin/contacts I chose at low level. It is great in PvP though) -
If you're happy with it, then no.
I play another primary, mainly for backstory reasons, but have teamed with a rad/kin. They're great.
As are Dark/Kin.... etc.
If you're asking if there is a more "uber" combo, I don't know... -

Don't know, but since villains get the Asian tattoo set and heroes don't, not happy about it.
I'd probably go for Ice/Storm myself, but yeahm storm would be great (ooohhh villain storm/elec... hmmm) -

But to be fair, Ill/Kin is one of the builds least likely to be negatively impacted by I6 ... until 43 at least (only things I ever 4 slot post I5 are some of the epics).

One thing I've noticed with my Kin/Elec is that the 13% end reduction feels like a lot more ... I've always been able to sol, but now I don't have to rest between mobs anywhere near as much.

i) Take 14 day pass from CoV disk and create new hero account
ii) Create lvl 2 Ice Tank
iii) Beat Chives in Arena with it (you'll need 2 pcs for this bit)
iv) Get bounty and laugh socks off as Devs try to balance still overpowered Ice Tanks. -
I've got a 50 and can't get a Kheldian above 10... there's always something more interesting to try

Not a big Kin player, although a massive fan...
Teamed with a couple of very good kineticists (Mimic and Lycon). Both have massive accuracy, as they had little else to do with the slots. This did mean Lycon (for example) could come into my mission at -4 and still hit things...
It is probably overkill, but I have leadership (only 3, building for ED) and 2 Acc in all my attacks/targeted buffs. For normal missions you won't need this (you'll be running into the 5% miss chance at this point) but for PvP or the odd occasion where you face things 3 or more levels above you ... you need it. -

or just dismiss it then resummon.
I'm keeping mine - I only lose one damage slot anyway ... seems to work just fine.
