That's why it looks ominous. Saying "it might have been this way or that way" is true... but we don't know which version actually went down. Meanwhile letting a lead developer go is not going to look too hot to any community, this one included.

I know I was one of less than a hundred to be present for it.
I will say though, that those runs of testing (and breaking) the new Hami with him and Castle and Ghost Widow there at different times will always be some of my best memories of the game.
We were giving feedback there and in the forums and it really felt like what we were saying mattered.
I still kinda wish they'd listened to us when we talked about cutting the 4 waves of mitos to 3, or replacing one of them with Mito buds, but so be it.

I only don't mind from the respect that they're shorter. All 4 have their boring and redundant bits.
The Shards are cool enough that the story really ought to be expanded and deepened. -

Im not minimizing nothing, and Im thankful of what they did in the past for free, but this is now and since boosters went on sale, they keeping the good stuff to sell it.
I think thats greedy. I know this is business, but I think they should come with some free costumes and the some for paid boosters. Not 1 and half year without adding a single one.
Im just concerned because I dont see a balance when it comes to costumes. Pay or nothing.
I think doing waves on your knees for all the devs do is dumb also.

I'm only in favor of redesigning this lame TF if they redesign all 4 lame shard TFs, and the functioning of the zones themselves.
There is zero point in just revamping one TF, and leaving the rest. -

My dominators get to fit Stealth, and drop 3 LotG recharges into their builds much more easily. That's 22.5% recharge.
My defenders and controllers can easily fit in Recall Friend or the Leadership pool now. YAY Vengeance!
On builds where I lived on Ninja Run for Travel I can fit a real travel power if I want to.
And those are just the choices I know for sure I'll be making. There are plenty of other alts I can try out cool things on. -

Ok, we got new faces at I15 and those tight/pattern ulterior and vines. Then just a minor upgrade like animated tails.
In the end, we didnt got cake in this matter for 4 issues by now. Thats almost 1 year and half.
Hope I20 comes with the upgrade of old pieces, like hairstyles, belts, shoulders and so on with new textures and higher definition.
Maybe buying those boosters was no a good idea. They also seem to go from awesomeness of the magic pack to something not well finished and lacking half of stuff mutant pack.
Is frustrating to keep waiting months to see whats in the next issue just to find we still have to keep waiting... Sounds doomish but, not model upgrade, not martial arts for blasters, not bo/staff or whips, no pool customization, not new choices for APP and PPP...
At least in the old good times we get new costumes for free.
Oh wait. No I can't, because cherry picking facts and minimizing what has been done to make your position seem stronger is dumb. -

The tip you're looking for once you complete 10 is a Vigilante Morality Mission. Once you complete that, the change is automatic. -
Interesting thought, but you should have done the math before posting:
Blasters- 10 * 6= 60 new powers
Controller- 8 * 9= 72 new powers
Defender- 10 * 10= 100 new powers
Scrapper- 10 * 8= 80 new powers
Tanker- 8 * 11= 88 new powers
Brute- 11 * 9= 99 new powers
Corruptor- 10 * 10= 100 new powers
Dominator- 7 * 7= 49 new powers
Mastermind- 6 * 8= 48 new powers
Stalker- 10 * 7= 70 new powers
If every combo is unique, thats 766 new powers.
To put it another way, that's 85 new powersets.
So yeah, you're right it will never happen. -

Nope. Firstly, the timer runs from TF completion to TF completion. Start time doesn't matter.
Secondly, the tip 'fame' timer is 20 hours. The TF reward timer is 18. -

I've just purchased 5 extra character slots for my acct on union server. the transaction shows on the billing summery as below.
06 Oct 2010 ######## City of Heroes® (Europe) - 5 Character Slots 17,99 (EUR) Paid
the money has also been debited from my acct but a few minutes after i made the transaction, i got an ingame message saying the transaction had failed, and i haven't received the character slots. I contacted support on the NC Soft website, tried to submit a query but when i click continue at the bottom of the page it takes me to a 'create a new acct page'!!! I don't want a new acct, i either want 5 extra character slots for my existing acct, or i want my money back.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here please?
