Hi guys. I've got a problem here and don't know how to resolve it, wondering if anyone can help.
I've just purchased 5 extra character slots for my acct on union server. the transaction shows on the billing summery as below. 06 Oct 2010 ######## City of Heroes® (Europe) - 5 Character Slots 17,99 (EUR) Paid the money has also been debited from my acct but a few minutes after i made the transaction, i got an ingame message saying the transaction had failed, and i haven't received the character slots. I contacted support on the NC Soft website, tried to submit a query but when i click continue at the bottom of the page it takes me to a 'create a new acct page'!!! I don't want a new acct, i either want 5 extra character slots for my existing acct, or i want my money back. Can anyone point me in the right direction here please? cheers H. |
