  1. I'd second Posi no reason in can't be done in under 2hrs with a nice trio.

ITF can be done in under an hour if you have enough people who know what they are doing.

Also a monster hunt is a good way for a team to get 8-14 quick merits.

    Dark Tanks Rock?

With 119 max and and gaining almost 4 end per sec it will not be a problem at all. I've almost the same slotting on my BS/DA and the bar is never noticablely beloow 90%.

It's very difficult to get DR up in single figure numbers without messing up the other slotting. My build it's 13.5s without hasten, 10 with it. Regening 50HP/sec helps to cover that time.

Add in the extra 24% S / L Rez and you should last a lot longer.
  3. Dagar wants to be #1 on badge-hunter. They must have teh inwerwebz ingame afteral.

now wheres that game breaking bug gone...

    Dark Tanks Rock?

Yes Dark tanks are very good in most case. They excel at dealing with large numbers of any level mobs upto Bosses. Chuck in EB's and AVs, things start getting interesting. Especially with the build above. Just not enough Damage res or regen to really get the most out of the set (I have higer res numbers than most of theis build on my DA scrapper and much higher regen)

I have got something like this planned for my dark tank when I have finished with my WP tank. Not going to be cheap in the slightest, but then thats what fire/kins are for

  5. I'm going for 4 mako's and a n other. Maybe a nicuts acc/heal/rechrg,

  6. Any one else noticed that siphon life now deals almost the same damage as shadowmaul?
Quite a bit more than smite as well.

Just about to re-spec it into my build.
  7. Dagar is my main and it's all about the badges and my aim is to over take Sal even if it's just for 1/2 hour on the day of an issue release.
  8. Nice as all the Kat/DA sounds as I have a lvl 50 BS/DA I think it would disapoint.
I know, fast attacks, faster animations etc etc. But BS = BIG numbers.....
  9. I'll stick with darl/sonic for fluffy. Good as cold is, fluffy is one of my favorite defender powers.

    Dark/Sonic 1
    Cold/Sonic 2
  10. 1920x1200 on my laptop (very rarely as I can't read most of it....) or
    1680x1050 on my desktop.
  11. Err I may have some on toons I haven't played in months but none of my main 5 have any.
  12. Larac

    Fire/Dark?

It's a good move if you have them. I'll still get the Impervium armors on my DA toons, but might consider HOs for others.

I know lots of people who just dont visit them, either because they dont like forums or due to posting and getting jumped on.

    [/ QUOTE ]

So true, both of the coalitions I game with never user these boards due to the presence of certain types of people they just don't want to deal with.
We have our own boards for this and the other games we play which are normally much happier places. So when ever we meet new people in the game we tell them to join up on our boards rather than here.

not much can be done about that, other than eve style brutalisation by the mods.
  14. If you have a bunch-o-ing I would go impervium armor in the res powers. It gives +max end and +recovery from 4 slots.
Also the new set Touch of the Nictus gives some very nice bonus's for heal sets.
  15. Larac

    Fire/Dark?

Are you going for the HOs in the shields as they are a damn sight cheaper than Impervium armor or Titanium~?

Also the Touch of the Nictus set has a nice couple of bonus's. Might be worth considering those in siphon life.
  16. I like merits.
Although spending my 1st lot on a random tf reward got me a [censored] of the hunter.....

I think I'll pick next time
  17. Ooo CoH for the smart phone. give plz.

When Santa's attack: From a few years ago.
  18. Not psi for the status rez?

The thing I found with Sone from a shield point of view is that it's Def based and if your going to go against lvl52+ stuff and a lot of bosses / AVs, the 18% def you get it not much use.

With Mind over body and tough, my troller is upto almost 65% res to S/L which helps a big bunch, couple it with Indomitable Will (Stun, Sleep, Held, Confused, Terrorized prot). Should put you in good stead.
  19. Larac

    Storm/?

    Got Storm/Elec here.

For some reason, elec just feels weak. I know looking at the numbers it's almost the same damage as the other sets when compairing like for like powers. I also have an elec/fire blaster and thats the same.

One of those can't put your finger on things.

    Hello Union

Welcome to Onion, hope you enjoy your stay.

Might be a plan to join a few global channels like sals badgehunters, union badgehunters etc etc.

Good way to keep in the loop.
  21. This is a bit vexing for me as I was working on the 100mil dmg badge, but it's a bit difficult to do that when logged off.

    Grrr.

Maybe I'lldo all the flashback badges on another toon to pass the time.

    Union "Legends"

    [ QUOTE ]

Kinslayer (pains me to say that as well)

Ah forgot about Kins, gets a vote from me even if he did leave to play wow.....

    Union "Legends"

Can we start up a Union old timers thread?

Would be a bit of ego boost for those people who have been here for nearly 4 years, but are not legends....

Oh and my vote s for legends.

    Sal,
    KH,
    Doulos,
    Beaky Keeper,
    Shen,
Plus all the old skool Rangers.
