This would be a neat feature but it doesn't really seem needed.

I think the people who have manged to run a MMO distribution company should be the ones to decide how the money is spent. Everyone who currently has run such a business for more then 5 years raise your hand.

The current attack powers from the vet rewards give no real boost over other temp powers (except for having them at level 1)

Allowing them to be enhanced (on top of inspirations and buffs) could make them unbalanced.

This might be more effective if we had signature images.
