please help! cant buy!

please could anyone help me, i just cant buy those magic packs, its says:

"Unfortunately, this item is not available for sale to your region from the NCsoft Store. We suggest you inquire with a local retailer to make your purchase."

well im from brazil, but made my account before release the game here, at the ncsoft website.. i didnt created my acc by that local retailer.. as its says

i think that is only avaliable for americans.. wich is unfair
well..

could anyone make it avaliable for me?
or explain how can i make it avaliable?

i want it so much :/

Users from Brazil must purchase items from a special website, but I don't know the link off the top of my head and I'm not getting (useful) hits in the search function (but that may be because it's very late ).

Because of issues of CC fraud the regions you can buy direct form were greatly reduced. You could try cheating and using a proxy server in US to hide your location or try buying through steam to get an additional month and one costume pack (if it's not region locked).

Your other option is to find a regional reseller.

What he meant by late, it was late as in time as in he should have been in bed a couple of hours ago.
