Why would a fireball cause NPCs to run. After it explodes it is gone. But summoned flames should use Avoid not Afraid.

I was kinda interested in AoC but then everyone stops talking. I had gotten used to listening instead of reading and then I took a boat and everyone became mute. I didn't even finish up the free time because I didn't want to see what I liked that stopped working as I progressed.
AoC still presents itself as an unfinished product as of August 09. -

Yeah, but after reading the responses and explanations from other members, the OP graciously acknowledged that getting genericized was completely justified. He seems to "get it" now, he doesn't really need to keep getting hit upside the head with it.

ERP can be a very dangerous thing. I try to keep my virtual partners down to one at a time and schedule regular scans with my SGs Auto-Doc.

I wouldn't mind a feature that automagicaly upgraded all your expired Non IOs to even level versions at a slightly increased price.

Range is not suppose to be a total defense. Blasters aren't suppose to be able to pick hover and a couple of ranged attacks and get a free ride on the easy XP train. This is why they started handing out range attacks to NPCs. Those without range attacks get 1 power. The ones that crossed the comfort line between advantage and exploit in the developers eyes got a ranged attack with some punch.
Range still gives a huge advantage against almost every NPC. -
Some builds are better for solo play. The game has a minimum level. I believe one of the reasons there seems to be a delay in adjustments is every time they do tweak the system they have to wait for enough new data to come in to see what needs tweaking next.
If I remember correctly there were two main balance criteria. There is the minimum level of acceptable performance that all ATs much achieve and then powersets in an AT must preform at a comparable standard. -

The fact this game launched with no PvP meant the starters had no reason to be against each other. This set the foundation of a more supportive group. Even if PvP had been a successful cutthroat competition I'ld like to think the community wouldn't have moved too far away form where we are.
This is the only group of people I've tried to socialize with online where I was tempted to show cleavage after all (even if that seems to have lead to the necessity of moderator intervention SORRY MODS!). We clearly are within spitting distance of the right path. -

You realize that would make the animations for this set multiplicative, right? If you ever added a new set to the AT, you'd have to do (set work) x (number of current sets) more work.
Basically, it's why we don't have weapons work with power pools and secondary powers right now. It's a lot more additional work for the animators.
After Masterminds I thought we would be used to new ATs that only gain new primaries when the stars align. -

My biggest problem with this idea is simply Redraw.
With only a few powers in each weapon/combat pool there's no posible way to build a character without it and have a real attack chain of any kind. You can't even make an unarmed character to eliminate redraw because there's only 1 unarmed set.

It seems to me that if a person or group of people are trying to take advantage of this bug, the first thing they are going to do once they get access to some random customers account is change the password so only they have access.
That's going to prevent the real account owner from getting access and give them the time they need to steal whatever info they can. Then there's also the question as to how much time do they need to take a screenshot of your account info? One or two minutes at the most? Once they have it they don't need to come back. -
