My good pal Savant has atlast made the big 5-0. Almost a year after he started out as a fledgling blaster.

He has seen it all ED/Electric Endurance Nerf/Defiance, yet stuck at it.

Hmm. Its a hard issue and one that I get very cross over sometimes.

Today for instance I had a Defender as my Bounty target. This sounds simple but this defender was running some aoe powers. Meaning my stealth would be broken if I got within 10 metres.

So I followed the said defender, from roof tops. Defender stops for some buffs or something. So I thought right this must be my chance, and went in from above to hit with BS hopefully detoggling. As murphys law would imply it didnt work out that way. But I had attacked from the back so I was not seen.

After 8 minutes more of stalking, defender stops. I again repeat the cycle. Landing a hit and a stun thus detoggling. I now have the placate problem. It will de-stun her and I suspect she wont stand around waiting for AS. Naturally I placate, she throws up as many AoE's as is humanly (super Humanly?) possible. I think a few missed by luck, leaving my AS to land. As one would expect she fell. Now I have to get away, i am in the middle of sirens call were do I turn?

Anyways the defender then complains that no skill was involved and that the kill was completely simple.

I cry...

*Sigh* some people just wont see..

On another note, I disagree with TG here.

I do not find my stalker amazingly easy to level up in PvE. Ok, I do need to work on slotting/enhancing etc. Maybe this will change things.

But Heist's/Kidnaps/Kill Alls. Take me.. YEARS!

But over all I love my stalker and PvP. The people you meet and the friends you make through it far out way its bad points.

So I rolled a Katana/Sr (Level 5 atm) as a sorta play over the next few days [censored] if I like him type toon.

Now I was wondering. With x, x and x powers is it possible to run without a travel power? Say CJ sprint, quickness etc...

I have been thinking for a while of rolling a tanker alt, now the guy will be aiming as soloing and no PvP on this one!

So guys is Fire/Ice still the "in" herding build?

Even with Ice being buffed in I7?

I suppose Fire has all the damage though.
If they do something to burn in I7 (Ie: Make em not run all over the place) then Fire/Fire will still be the best?

Are Stone/Stone tanks any good at herding?

Yes they have the -damage of Granite but a few good AoE's, in the melle department.

Katana and SR mix very well. I have seen it put to great use many many times.

If I was not so worried about being below par for a lot of levels, I would roll one. I heard SR blooms late?

I would question slotting every attack power with 2 accuracys. Even in PvP..

Oh and psst Dont take MoG!

Its all to easy to get a bit over excited in PvP.

Only the other day I will admit I had a pop at someone over broadcast. (I wont go into why, I just thought it was a bit of a cheap shot)

But 5 minutes later once I had chilled out a bit I offered them my apollogies and we shook hands as it were.

Its the persistant complainers/arguementors (that even a word?) who annoy me.

To summarise then, once In a while - fine.

Every minute - Bad.

You may want to change this for Energy Punch.

Though I love the animation of Barrage, as this is my first 20 odd levels I need to make sure I was as optimised as possible. I WILL change to Barrage when I have more options under my belt, say TF etc.

This is a really brilliant combo.

With skill and timing etc, you can mold your enemies into putty , using your heals while they are stunned/disoreintated etc.

Great boss killer, all over great combo.
