Few questions regarding my spines/regen build

I'm new to CoV, but I've read FAQs, guides, posts, hints, helpful stuff and I've made this build. I do have some questions tho

My questions are these

1. is it wrong to slot 2 accuracy and 4 damage in the offensive skills?

2. should I slot build-up or placate earlier? They're left alone for a looong time.

3. My attack chain is BU -> AS -> AE -> random attacks. If I want placate and AS to have same recharge timers, since I only use placate before an AS. How should I slot them?

The build is made from a group of 5-7 people PvE perspective. I took spines mainly for the AE effects, since there are a lot of minions when you're 7 people in a group.

take out thtbuf out of build up and put more rech in so it should be something like 3x recred and 1 thtbuf and yes slot them early and use build up on boss.also take some dmg enh from ur power either put end red or recred.

Take stamina early like before 25 other wise u will find urself without end all the time.

Also how come u not talking petron powers.

it's a waste of a slot to put a 4th SO damage in. diminishing returns since ED and all that jazz.

Great help. Thanks for the hints. I'll replace the 4th damage in most of my offensive powers with something more useful. Most likely recharge reduction.

I can get stamina 30 if I move my resilience to 35 instead. Can I live without it that long?

I don't think I'll skip Instant Healing at 28, since it's a key power in the regen set.

Since that's what you've focused on, I assume the rest are somewhat ok

1: slot hide with a def enh
2: reconstruction works best with recharge reduxs not endurance reduxs same with dullpain.
3: Mog you want 3 defence enh in.
4: attack powers you want 2 acc 3 dam 1 rehcarge

I think you might struggle taking stamina so late

I would question slotting every attack power with 2 accuracys. Even in PvP..

Oh and psst Dont take MoG!

Too some this would be a reason not to take MoG. But thats a seperate arguement.

Yes, I'm only doing PvE and not solo. I play with 5 friends and it's a very well balanced group. Brute, Dominator, Corruptor, Stalker (me), Mastermind (ninja) and Mastermind (robots).

My role is to handle the bosses, but once that's down I just AE scrap.
