    To be honest...lol.There are some people around that think the game should be played in a "honorable" way.Go through all the arcs,get the badges and basically go through the same things they went through because "its all about the journey/lore/story/immersion"

    Basically ignore them and play the game as you see fit and on top of that drop a ton of petitions on them if they harass you and tell them supreme beings will smite them.

    Lost Ninja uses 1 box afaik.Havent seen LN around for some time but feel free try drop him a tell at his global i am sure will answer a few questions if he can.

    I think t enjoy multiboxing here preferably choose something with lots of spike damage,small setup times,maybe lots buff stacking too.

    All fire blaster team for example with 1 debuffer or buffer (preferably kin or sonic) could be a fun experience.

    The easy way using follow etc etc for dual boxing are the ones posted above.For multiboxing setups and more advance functions like on demand spike damage etc etc and if you can use multiple machines you can have a look at keyclone altho it doesnt work as good as in WoW.

    Other option is to use Octopus which is not easy to setup but once you have it going works wonderfully.

    Can try Interbox too (Linky) altho not tested it myself if it works with CoX.

    Can always try contact in game @Lost Ninja knows a lot about multiboxing CoX and i know he has used Octopus to pull it off as well as some magic with belkin nostromos

    Anyone can beat nubs playing FoTM's.But thats not how balancing should be done.Cause any skilled player on a fortunata or Ice Tank will destroy scrappers simple as that and well especially regens.We aint talking about stand and look players.

    Ironically this is why the game balance is skewed because attempting to balance in a 1vs1 basis is just wrong.

    I'd say against any skilled PvPer on a fortunata destroys anything else at the moment.

    Yeah because PvP scales really well nowdays especially in lower levels.Hmmmm scrappers using ST ranged attacks due to excessive damage no end issues plenty damage mitigation,plenty hp versus squishies without epic shields,useless debuffs,borked healing,useless mez,no toggle dropping,no interrupts.

    Lets see a scrapper put a fight against something non borked and non "easy target" like oooh dunno lets say fortunata?Ice tank?Brute?stalker with spirit sharks?

    That sounds fun.

    And this is why your applicaton is still pending most likely.They aint looking to let in closed beta people that will use it to decide if they play it or not.They looking feedback and ways to improve things balance em out etc etc.Common practise of any serious developer afaik regarding closed beta part of development.

    I agree with you.Dont get me wrong i do not condone the act i dont consider it professional.Still in the mainstream crowd that doesnt follow closely the business aspect of MMO games this will go by without any notice.And that crowd is the majority to be honest.

    I am not so sure and i cant say with certainty but its quite possible to have approached some pretty specific gamers following the approach Blizzard adopted with Everquest.I wouldnt trust majority of news networks beyond the facts mainly because they can be biased for whatever reasons (writers being regulars in some games and what not).

    Says you.Cause forums dont really represent majority of players and while a lot of people pretend to be self righteous with "i dont approve how this company does business" comments,in the mmo market it doesnt make much difference.In the end its the product and how a company handles its product aftersales that defines it and makes it successful.This aint a luxury good market we are talking about.Most CoX players will definitely give it a try even the self righteous ones and i bet if they like the game they wont give a damn about the so called "poaching"

    SOE has been given a bad name due to the whole SWG situation which was lets face it a design/production/marketing disaster.Even Rubenfield himself admitted to it

    Thats from his blog you can look it up and its really irrelevant to the current occurance between Cryptic and NC.

    The whole thing about Cryptic and the "poaching" is only going to do good to Cryptic stir more interest and the self righteous will keep yelling "Burn".In the end the product will determine the outcome and who cares what happened during beta testing if the end product is great.

    a buff + dps combo is nice combo for when dual boxxing.If you wanna step it up a notch and your machine can hadle it could try triple or quad boxing by using 3 AoE and one buffer setup or 2 aoe 2 buffers setup.Lots carnage.The tricky part is setting up a working combination through echo software as well as the necessary macros to sync the echo software running.

I would like to extend my sympathies to the OP for getting killed so much in RV and while spamming a bunch of tells i will kindly remind him that "36month Vet rewards, 1800million spent on 1 character and 10level 50's" doent make you a good pvper.Also calling Vindicate a ganker SG is kinda laughable to be honest.

    Next time better luck tho and my conolences on dying so much.

Sniping in SC stalkers that thought were invisible pre the one shot fix with an AR/dev and the subsequent broadcasts "[censored] KILL ME!" always made me smile.Apart from that too many memories to go through on both servers but PvPing with Xanthus or Gzeus (drunk boy)on TS was always too much fun to pass on.(Will never forget Gzeus starting a convo on TS about boobs while we were camping Villains hospital entrance in bloody bay against 20 villains at least.)

    I apologize for any over the top comments since obviously my frustration is more with the new status quo regarding PvP.

    The biggest thing i think that annoys me above everything else is not the i13 game mechanics but is more the fact that Castle was always considered to be one of us.A developer that knew the game,played it,understood us and what we talked about when we talked about changes that were needed and so on.Suddenly Castle turned into Statesman and just decided that is better to trash the community for the sake of an experiment.This is unforgivable.

    Elusivity is broken totally.The initial creation of the term and the mechanic doesnt even come from the developers.Its an idea of a number cruncher Arcanaville.And while it was a decent idea the implementation was really really bad to the point even Arcanaville admitted so.Funnily enough the devs still think it aint so.

    Like i said before the main issue most PvPers got is not the mechanics so much as the fact that we have always stood by the devs and especially Castle in good faith,did our best to keep PvP going with what little tools there were.And suddenly the carpet was pulled under our feet.You cant sit by and not be vocal about this.

    Ah i see what you mean now.I wouldnt mind auto lock although there were tricks to getting around the locking PvE targets issue like placing the camera above your character so you could only target around and so on hehe.Still auto lock to incoming attacks i like.

    i12 PvP was definitely more new player friendly and less hard in terms of adjusting to.Current system requires to learn every single power again just for pvp plus undr the current system nothing besides tanks and fortunatas can be really useful or playable much in zonal pvp.

    Pain domination was exactly what was needed to perfect balance in zonal for team compositions.With pain domination all corruptor teams would stop being the way to dominate i zonal.
