Quants are actually existing parts of the various factions. When the mission is getting the mob data to populate the map, it checks to see if there is (or was*) a Kheldian on the team. If the flag is true, then it adds the Quants to the list of mobs to draw from. If it's false, then it ignores the Quants.

You can see what mobs have Quants by going to any Architect Entertainment building, and choosing to create a custom enemy group. Choose to populate it with Standard foes, and look at each faction, one by one.

* For whatever reason, when a team has a Kheldian, the flag is set to True. However, when the Kheldian is no longer a part of the team, the flag does not reset to False. Disbanding and reforming the team will reset it to False.

It is, in fact, a Video Setting that makes you not see them. You need to have Advanced Graphics Settings enabled, and then under that, go to Shader Quality and set it to either Medium or High. Lowest, Low (No world bumpmaps), and Low (With world bumpmaps) will not show the patterns, except on the Heater style shield.

Yeah, they get the original Alpha/Omega Auras. I dunno about at the Tailor, but during Character Creation, Female VEATs don't get anything other than the Cyborg Pack Combat Auras, and then only if you bought said pack.

To fix, they need to offer the original and new Alpha & Omega Auras to ALL ATs.

Syndicate Pistol Initiates use Dual Pistols. But Malta doesn't need to. It's nice to come after them, and go, "How 'bout some REAL dual pistols? BANG BANG!!"

Ariel', it seems that Castle can't replicate Rularruu attacking through his shield. Maybe you should PM him, and invite him along, either as a player, or as a ghost on his Dev account...

I have yet to see these. I've seen GFFH and Chi Master, but not Super Stunner or the new Vahz.

If you have at least 1 AoE, head to DA, CF, or Eden, and AoE the mobs. They're all 20+, so your Morality Tip should drop in fairly short order.

It should be Temporary_Powers.Frenzy to activate the Alignment Power.
