Mutation - ((this is difficult to imagine, as the first Mutation wasnt released yet))

Special themed packs would be nice too... the Aura Booster would be very welcome, as would be a "special effects pack" (explaining: costume parts with special details, like transparency and or strange shapes on limbs)

Stealth Powers makes the rescue missions weird... but makes some sense... if the mission is for you to lead someone to some place, they need to SEE you to follow you...

Life Nova maybe? My first 50, my main badge-huntress. Empathy/Psi Defender...

She patrolled a lot, but in those last few months is working at the Hospital...

Well... if you want to think aristocrat.... Nothing beats a nice and regal-looking Broadsword.

What I see as a vampire is a creature of darkness that feeds on people... Thats the basic concept...

Powersets

Dark Melee is the powerset for it... play with the colors and make the effects on the draining attacks resemble blood, while trying to minimize the effects on the other attacks.

As they are stealthy, i suggest Dark Armor. But dont take the Fire Resistant power (one of the classical vampire vulnerabilities). The stealth power could be mist-colored, to appease the traditional vampiric image.

Powerpools

Fitness. Vampires are always sold as resilient and tireless, so its a first pick.

For movement, there is a few approaches:

1) Classical Bat Vampire. Take Flight and place some Demon Wings.
2) Mystical Vampire. For the elusive There-Not There bloodsucker, use Teleportation.
3) Eastern Vampire. Those pesky and bouncy Vamps could only use Superjump.
4) Modern Vampire. As enhanced and agile beings, superspeed mirrors the superior movement and reaction power.

I would make a mix... Superspeed+Combat Jumping covering a very modern approach of enhanced muscles and skills...

Or just use Ninja Run...

Kay Nova is LG. A Dark/Archery tech defender, she believes in a structured reality, and on the need of quantified rules to better protect people. She invented a dark matter generator and placed it on a powersuit (and later on a set of belts/armbands). Her choice of Archery comes from the deep discipline needed to learn this weapon.

LN

Frosted Nova is LN. As she was changed by chaos, so she revilles it. Her choice of Shield Defense reflects her position of a Law Enforcer (also her chosen Day job). Her Ice Melee powers mirror her desire of seeing the cosmos frozen on a state without chaotic influence.

LE

Psiforce Nova is LE. She is a corporate shark, bending rules to her own advantage, using all the loopholes to better further her goals. She is very demanding on her Ninja army, always keeping a tight control of their actions. Another expression of her lawfullness is her power to enhance the structure of things and people around her, using powerfull force fields to protect and cage then.

NG

Life Nova is NG. She sees no real reason for set rules, but at the same time she also has nothing against then. All that matters is her goal of helping people and restoring the health of those in need, and that is reflected as her Empathy powers. Her considerable Psionic powers are only a side-effect of her magical nature.

TN

Storm Flower Nova is True Neutral. She is a force of nature, an elemental spirit defending the natural world. She can control both plants and the weather, and she just do what its needed to avoid dangers to the world.

NE

Anti-Life Nova is kind of contraditory. She follows rules as long as they dont hinder her, but otherwise just ignore then. She only feels some pleasure when she hurts people, always taking a bit of then even when she helps then, and Pain Domination is her art. She also loves breaking down the defenses of her enemies, and so uses hard radiation blasts to weaken then.

CG

Hellcow Nova is a proud blaster individualist. As she is a pariah of her own people, the dreadfull Hell Bovines, she is set against any kind of rules, specially those that say that Hell Bovines are evil. She uses pure instinct to fire her bow, and can project her angst against her foes, with dazzling mental blasts.

CN

Shockwave Neko Nova is a pure force of chaos. She wanders for no reason at all, happy on disrupting everything around her, and at the same time not caring about it. For now she only did "good deeds", but the future will probably see her fluttering both the Islands and the City, meowing with insane high volume and accelerating/slowing everything around her.

Kaitlyn JMM is evil. She likes to torture her Merc Troops for no reason at all, and she revilles on the chaos that she creates with her storm-related powers.
