Having them persistant while zoning is intentional.
I did search a little bit, but couldn't find an answer.
Say I've got my fire imps with me when I finish a mission. When I exit and they're following me, the letters over their heads change from blue to white, (they also don't say "So and So's imp" anymore) and they cannot be dismissed. The only way to get rid of them is to make more imps and then dismiss the new ones, which they now will. Is this a bug or is there a purpose for this? Thanks, |
Having them quit team and follow you around is a bug.
Another way to fix this is to enter a mission or target them with a buff.
Also (at least on my masterminds) I find they'll eventually "rejoin" the team, in some instances. (I don't recall if they found something to attack or not when it happened.) I've looked over to see a full group, but only "own" one or two of them, and as I go to the next mission, I'll slowly get a few back. Doesn't always happen though.
Another pet oddity.
I had all 6 zombies out in Oro. I was doing the flashback arc. I got to the mission where you go fix the zig breakout.
I zoned in and all 3 of my tier 1 zombies zoned with me (and were useable). Of course, being zombies, they're stupid and got stuck trying to jump the fence. I dismissed them and recast. Only 1 came back. Which is as it should have been.
When I finished the mission, I exited and my tier 2 and tier 3 zombies were with me and only 1 of the tier one zombies.
So, I guess the tier 2 and 3 zombies go in my bag of holding while I am in the mission.
