More Monstrous heads...
Costume parts without symmetry... (Gladiator´s shoulders are an example, but also costumes with only one sleeve...)
Back options (from backpacks to school backpacks to jets to radio units and etc etc etc)... actually even a shinny armor piece for the backs would be nice (like the front parts from enforcer, vanguard, valk).
A single-shoulder piece with light animation (small shoulder laser designator turret, for an example). -
I was on a LG a few days ago that had some problems with Honoree... And there was two members of the team crying he was impossible to beat.
I suggested a quick fly to AE Shop, some tricky shopping of red Inspirations, and soon we were back pounding him. While he was unstoppable only I was damaging him (Blaster Archery/Mental), but managing only to slow his recovery. As soon as his unstoppable effect was down we all drank a few reds and he was down so hard that I felt guilty for picking on little Honoree... -

Tsk, tsk, poor Molly. All the positions for Trainers, Contacts, Arch-Villains, Heroes, etc were filled long ago. She's now stuck in the dead end job of Wandering / Panicked Civilian (although that's easy work) or as a nameless generic Minion / Lt / Boss and get beat up by the PCs on a constant basis. She made the wrong choice, if you ask me

Thinking on broad terms...
Most of my toons will be shades of grey. Only a few are pure good or pure evil. And only a few can make the transition...
Of course it can all change... If the process of the transition is fun I guess a lot of the grey ones will complete the switch... -
From my 3x toons I decided only three things:
My Empath/PSI Defender Life Nova will be overcame by her dark side, and go villain...
Her younger sister, the Pain Domination/Radiation Corruptor Anti-Life Nova will ascend... and go hero...
And I have a Brute, Flaming Sword, that believes she is a hero... time for finally get her mind fixed and move her blue side...
To all the others the destiny is uncertain... -
Red (villain) side? Corruptor then...
