  3. Halloween extension due to issues on the live servers
    Quote:
In light of the recent issues experienced on the live servers and the resulting downtime, we wanted to let you know that the Halloween event has been extended until Wednesday, November 11th 11:59 PM Pacific Time (2:59 PM Eastern Time) on the North American Servers and 11:59 PM GMT (00:59 Central European Time) on the European servers.

This should give you all enough time to finish gathering those Halloween badges and salvage and generally enjoy the event for a little while longer!

I think you are confusing units and [% x base].

    Base recovery is 1.67%/sec = 1.67 end/sec
    Unenhanced stamina gives an increase of 25% x base = (0.25 x 1.67%/sec) = 0.4175%/sec
    You say your enhanced Stamina is 49.37%, so (49.37% x base) = (0.4937 x 1.67%/sec) = 0.824%/sec

Just to add, if you increase your Endurance through accolades and set bonuses you'll get an increase is your base as well; it's covered in the section "The Numbers" on this ParagonWiki page: Endurance.

If detailed info is the enhanced info, why does it display the base value? and if this power isn't giving enhanced bonuses, what other powers aren't? I know the developers say that the detailed info isn't 100% reliable, but that means off by a few percent or so, not completely ignoring enhancements. So whats the deal?

The right click shows the enhanced info (the first few lines across the top), the right click -> Info, detailed Info tab shows the unenhanced value for the power.

As mentioned above, if you want the real numbers, open the Combat Attributes monitor at the upper corner of your Powers window.

As to "Why", maybe the Detailed Info window can't pull up real time numbers; it just looks at the power info data base for the base number.

But on the chance that it was I activated Force of Nature and saw a "large status resistance bonus" pop up of a little over 4%. Is that the Aegis and is that correct? If so I guess I need 2 respec and move it into my damage resistance toggle.
    Yes, that's right:
From the wiki link I posted above:

    Quote:
In addition, when the power the enhancement is slotted in is used, the user is granted up to five Large Status Resistance Bonuses of indefinite duration. These act as set bonuses, buffing resistance to six status effects (hold, immobilize, stun, sleep, confuse, and terrorize) by 5.0% each.

Up to five Large Status Resistance Bonuses can be stacked, for a total of 25.0% status protection, which will reduce mez durations to 80% (1 / (1 + 0.25)).

If slotted in a click power, one bonus will stack per use. If slotted in a toggle power, one bonus will be granted upon activation, and another bonus per ten seconds of use thereafter. If slotted in a passive, one bonus will stack every ten seconds, except when defeated.
    So one hit of 5% status protection will give a duration reduction of 1- (1/(1 + 0.05)) = 0.0476 which is 4.76%

A toggle or passive is the way to go.

Thanks for the equation; that's what I was scouring Wiki looking for. I figured it was a difference in what the set bonus / recipe described vs. what was being displayed in Combat Attributes. Kind of like the regeneration rates being displayed as already calculated percentage of base vs. the flat rate described in the set bonuses.
  9. I just tracked down one of my characters that has the Impervious Skin status resistance ( 7.5% status effect duration reduction ) slotted. She's a scrapper and it's giving 6.98% duration reduction. Also interesting that the power that has the Impervious Skin status reduction slotted does not have to be 'on', unlike the status reduction from Aegis. (Impervious Skin doesn't 'stack' though, so a different mechanic is being used.)

I'd turn on Force of Nature and see how the numbers change. Pretty sure the 6.98% you see is the Adjusted Targeting set bonus only.

My power display window only shows an "ultimate status resistance bonus" of 6.98%.

Is the display wrong or am I not getting the full resistance bonus for some reason?
Here's the detail on the Aegis Psi/Status resistance unique. Note the part about it "stacking a 5% bonus up to 5 times on repeated power activation." Also, that your AT has an effect on the strength of the psi resist.

As for the Adjusted Targeting 7.5% status resistance bonus, it maybe affected by AT modifiers too.

Yup, I can confirm both the Deadly Apocalypse and Zombie Invasion monsters (minion, Lt. and boss ranks) drop level 30 recipes.
I know the Zombie Invasion Elite Bosses (Nightmares) are inherent level 50 like the Rikti Invasion Heavy Assault Suits and UXBs, but I've only run into 1 Elite Boss during the Deadly Apocalypse and didn't get a drop from it to find out if they are level 50 inherent as well.

Agreed. The post title says "Halloween a waste for [Greater Than] level 15 characters."

As for the OP's "question", I've had no problems getting the banner or zombie event badges, even down to a level 6 Warshade running in PI.
Trick or Treating is tough though at low levels without a team, especially when a boss shows.

The defeat Clockwork "wind down" sound has been corrected as of I16. They now sound like wood hitting the ground. (Yay!)
I didn't notice the issue with the walking sound though since I was in scrapper lock mode. I'll have to check it out.

Am I the only one with this problem? Does it have some really lame rate for affecting mobs?
This might be a silly question, but are you using it while in the center of the mob? It's a Point Blank Area of Effect power (IE: centered on you and affecting those around you.) As noted above, the radius is 10 feet.

The reason I ask is a friend picked up a similar power, Salt Crystals, and was using it at range and wondering why nothing ever happened (doh).

The 'bug' is that the Skyraider should have been fighting with a Council Archon ( Penumbra Elite will turn into Warwolves (Lycanthropes), as I assume you've encountered since you're playing an EAT.)
If he wasn't there it would be worth doing an in-game bug report since it sometimes happens that objective NPC's 'disappear' from missions.
