  7. Scrappers only? A small 2 foot increase for all level 18 powers? I think that would be nice.

    Btw this is my 2nd scrapper... I had a bs/shield but wasn't too thrilled with it. I think now cause im actually putting time to it I notice these things a bit more.
  8. No problem, its a discussion.

    By comparison the numbers seem to be inline with other scrapper attacks at the same level (18). IE DB - Vengeful Slice, Broad Swords - Whirling Axe. etc etc.

    Slight Radius increase for Burst from 8ft to 10ft. When PS is activated, Burst should receive an additional 5ft foot radius for Energy damage. Making the radius 15ft. Even 12ft would be fine.

    It's Power Siphon Damage buffs that stack (not the actual power). I.E. PS + 1 attack = 1 Damage buff (+31.25%). You can get PS to stack, but i think you only receive another +7.50% To Hit.

    My attack chain (Scrapper),
    Power Siphon -> Quick Strike(1) -> Smashing Blow(2) -> Body Blow(3) -> Quick Strike(4) -> Burst(5) -> Concentrated Strike(6).

    Hopefully something is still alive when I get to Con Strike and I land a crit so my PS get auto recharged.

    "Concentrated Strike Criticals do not result in extra damage, instead it instantly recharges the Power Siphon/Build Up power. "
  10. I've been happily playing my KM/Elec Armor Scrapper, which is now 39, and I have some thoughts/idea/questions about Burst and Power Siphon.

    Small changes to Burst:
    • An increase of the PBAoE from 8ft to 10ft.

    Burst with Power Siphon:
    • Add an additional 5ft Energy splash damage radius. (Total radius to 15ft)
      or
    • Increase the Energy damage 15%.

    Power Siphon + Burst + 3 Enemies = 1 Damage bonus?

    Hypothetically speaking, If you are in the middle of 3 enemies and you hit Power Siphon + Burst and you hit 3 enemies, shouldn't you receive 1 damage bonus from each target hit, for a total of 3 Damage bonus? Additionally, if you already have 3 bonuses, and you hit 3 enemies, then you only receive 2 additional Damage bonuses, you would still be capped at 5...

    just throwing this out there.

  14. We complain because WE are the people who already paid for these booster packs. Besides, 1 code? Why not 5 or 10? It's not like they're losing money on this investment.

    Personally, I have all the boosters.

  16. Yes, I'm running EVGA Precision. Funny how something as simple as that screws up everything. Though, I didn't have that issue with XP. Go figure.

    Still, even with my setup, it's like I'm running the 'low end' ultra mode. I guess, I need a new vid card, again

  19. I can not get UM to run on Win7 (64) but it runs just fine on XP?

    When I try to change to UM, the FPS drop to .4 (yes, not even a full frame) and the screen goes black. It's practically impossible to move the sliders to any notch, to any functional setting and when I do, the screen is still black and can't see anything thus having to restart the game, which then reverts back to the previous settings. I can click 'Restore to Default' however that brings me back to square one.
