Curse my wording - the "my money is on" part was meant to imply I agreed with your first idea
[Edit] CURSES AGAIN! Yeah, also agreeing with your first post[/Edit]

The Crey Rifles were on that page for ages before someone edited it to say how to unlock them. My money is on the Crey Pistols being the same deal - they're unlockable, but no-one who knows how to do so has put the info up yet. May as well try to get the Infiltrator badge and see if it works. If it does, edit the page

Relatively, personnaly and subjectively, I much prefer the Richard Cheese version of Sickness

Ah, Mr. Cheese -
What else do you think Fly is going to enhance? Defense?

Here's an idea; remove PvP from the game completely. This way, hopelessly outclassed PvE builds can enjoy the mission content in PvP zones instead of worrying that some Mid's crafted cookie-cutter AT

I think I found your problem... -
But in WAR there's no mez protection, so that's a moot comparison.

Alas, I won't be. RL came and slapped me in the face this weekend so I'm afraid I'll have to miss it. Let me know how far along you get and I'll get my missions up to speed, as well as my level. Make their minds bleed extra for me!

For truly bad cover songs (albeit hilarious) try Ten Masked Men

So roll a DM/SR Brute, you big pansy!

Brutes have SR now. Go. Hunt. Kill Longbow!

Yeah, I wouldn't call it a classic (even though I think it's a good song) since it hasn't even been around for a decade.

For my currently most played villain, A. Sunder - Fear Factory - Human Shields
For my currently most played hero, Blue-Jay - Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly -
They can all fire and they all make their own checks.

Your highest defense value is used to see if an attack hits. If it doesn't, no part of it does. So for, say, Bone Smasher, if you have 20% Melee, 30% Energy and 25% Smashing Defense, the 30% Energy Defense is used to calculate if the attack hits. If it doesn't, both parts miss. If it hits, both parts hit.

I... you... they... big robots go boom now?
I will have to see if I can squeeze this in... it sounds too darned fun to miss! -

Wait wait wait, so although you don't believe redraw exists, you think it has a noticeable effect in Thorns? Riiiiight.. nice logic there...

My thoughts exactly... -

it's all connected to body type, so to put it simple, it's as easy as rolling a new character.
the only different about it is that you skip the naming part, and creating it within an already existing character.
the big "problem" here is not about how hard it will be to implant, it's about how they would figure out a way to give you access to the body type/height menu.(yes, if they implant this, you can also change your height.

OK Mr/Mrs Dev, thanks for the wonderful insight. Oh no, wait... -

I would recommend taking CT: Offensive in the pre-specialization levels and respec it out at 24, to help with the horrible horrible lowbie accuracy.
[censored] I hate making new alts. Friggin half attacks miss.

You realise that Acc now scales from 90% to about 70% at 22, right?
