zone or team two different areas to concentrate on - zone you want the aura thingy to protect against as - team you want to build like a rad psi - debuff and dmg with an emphasis on accuracy the rest you got - ss/sj kb and hp.

stalker stealth is odd because you can usually see them from a far if they are standing and they drop closer to targeting (the coming in and out of far range view). if you are not aware of this a players sees you standing from afar comes in with caltrops ready and throws to the area - also keep in mind things than lower your stealth cap - like rotc if your near a wp with it..for example. It could just have been a matter of you having your stealth dropped and not knowing it.

I have no pony in this race but just as a reader it seems a bit confusing - why not make it simple

I thought with KB you needed the protection not the resist. IW has a base of 10 KB protection.

Here I took a stab at it - it's expensive but with accos your at 3200+ hp have a self heal and can see things farther than 800 feet :P..I dropped rotc because everything turns it off and stealth/phase because your a tank..with epics and getting your incarnates you should do pretty well.

I think he is refering to the quotes pre 21 in interviews when asked about pvp they stated they were concentrating on "freedom" and would "look" at pvp at a future date.

when then first came out it was easier to farm them in arena and pvp zones..

curious with that much range what is your + heal? I am guessing most of it comes from panaceas and glad nets?

why? it is the higest dmg attack, gives very good set bonuses, fits in without losing a necessary power....the cast time is long but u can usually get a snipe or two.
