I made my brute a god for a billion, but that was like a year ago. Nowadays one complete purple set will cost you a billion by itself. I don't think he did anything wrong, it's just sad that you have to spend 6 billion to have a godly build. Glad I got mine when the gettin was relatively cheap. I don't see myself doing it again anytime soon.

Wow, never even noticed this thread before. Now I have something to aim for. I'm not a hardcore badger, but I have 448 on my main Brute. Just out of curiousity, how many can you get total? and is it the same number redside as bluside?

If I'm still aloud to vote, I'm saying Tacky Tricky. There were a few really good ones that made it hard to decide, but Tricky Tacky just had the most style. Good Stuuf all around! -
I'm thinking this will delay issue 16 beta. If it's the most recent patch that caused the crash, they'll hav eto pull it, correct it, and re-apply it test for a week before they can move it to live and start beta. Love to be wrong.

I know that's how it works for toggle powers and click powers, but do the auto/passive buffs also place an actual power in your tray? Do they also need to recharged regularly?

Wow, 250% recharge is alot. I'm not a fan of hasten, or at least the crash. Especially on a Super Strength character with rage crashing all the time. My build is for the "look" or "feel" first and foremost, but I just wanna make sure it is good enough that I will enjoy it after sinking time and Inf into it.
If Billz chart had SS at 210 with that much recharge, then 198 should do just fine Plus all 5 attacks in the chain are basicly one second cast times, so it's going to be a good fury builder.
Think I'll go respec him now and then wait patiently for issue 16 to drop.

I have pretty much ignored Day jobs and therefore day job accolades untill recently. Now that I'm interested I'm a bit confused. Do ALL dayjob accolade powers including the auto/passive ones have to be recharged? Thanks for any info in advance.

Messing around on Mids I was only able to get upto 165 DPS with Brawl/Jab/Punch/Haymaker. By adding in Gloom it jumps upto 198 DPS. This assuming 75% fury and Rage. (not double stacked or anything)
I can't remember off hand, but I think my IO'd out DB does about 200-210 DPS....not sure though. I think last I heard Dark Melee had the highest single target DPS...anyone know what DPS numbers Dark Melee can put up? Just trying to figure out if this Super Strength build is good enough to spend the time on. It's been awhile and I can't remember what is actually good..200?....250? Thanks for any help. -

I'm excited to take my SS/WP out of retirement. He's been sitting at 38 for quite awhile. I've always wanted a high DPS street fighter set...now I can actually use Brawl, Jab, Punch, and Haymaker to give me that feel. Good stuff all around for Super Strength. -
It's kinda buggy I believe. I had some issues as well but after about 10 tries it finally went thru. The spot where you need to paste the direct link from photobucket already has the "http//www." in there, so make sure you delete that before pasting the address to your image.
Other than that, all I can tell you is to try it again and again. Eventually it will likely just go thru like it did for me. Good luck. -
Under options you can choose to show anywhere from 10-100 posts per page. There is no option to show all.

I have a godly Brute and I'll tell you right now it is totally worth the sacrifice. This is what you need to do.
1. Pick whatever primary/secondary you like the most. Doesn't matter which ones, just pick what combo your not going to get tired of.
2. Use mids to maximize your build using IO set bonuses, Purple sets, and uniques. You can find plenty of advice and guides on the forums to help you make a perfect build.
3. Then pool all of your infamy together from all you characters from all servers. Use the infamy to buy the IOs you need from the market. You will also likely need to run many SFs and trials to get some of the recipes yourself and sell the ones you don't want for more Inf.
4. Get all your accolades, escpecially the auto/passive ones.
That's it. It is expensive and time consuming, but you will be godly. My main is a Dual Blades/Willpower. People love to laugh at Dual Blades, but I get the last laugh when folks on my team type things like " Holy S**T, I've never seen a DB do that before!" or even when I destroy some unexpecting poor soul in PvP and they are almost speechless. Any build can be made godly, it just takes time, patience, alot of Infamy, and a great build.

I had issues also. I just kept trying and eventually it just worked on like the 8th or 9th try. You do need to make sure you delete the http//www. that is already there, as the address your pasting should already have that included. Other than that all I can tell you is try it 20 times in a row and eventually it will probably go thru....eerily similar to changing your avatar in the old forums. PITA
Also, make sure your pic isn't over the 100x100 pixel limit. -
So you guys think Blasters will get a new secondary to go along with Dual Pistols? I'm planning on a DP/Devices, but a new secondary would be even better. I'd love to see another "natural" option besides devices. Instead of Energy melee or Fire Melee, it could be a natural melee set with punches and kicks that use some of the kewl new animations that Martial Arts and Super Strength are getting.

I think that is a great idea. So even if you start with a 1/1,000,000,000 chance of getting a purple drop, eventually your chances will get to the point where you will likely get one and reset your odds. Maybe it's just cause I have never had a purple drop, but this sounds like a great idea! Now wait a second for all the "experts" to come post why it's a horrible idea.

One issue I am having though is my Avatar only shows up half the time. I'm not sure what's going on there. Also, does anyone know if there is a way to save settings as a default so your posts use the same font, color, size, ect. eveytime without you having to select it all each time you post?
