Every single attack has a sound effect and so does just about every other power in the game (aside from auto-powers - ones that are always on and can't be turned off).
On top of that, there are location-based sound effects - traffic, foghorns, etc. If you stand outside various restaurants and other locations, you can hear sounds from inside. -

The GM's work for NCSoft, which has multiple games. The 'tier 1' support personnel are not specific to each game.

I agree, and I can tell you what they should do to fix it and where they should put it. One of the Info tabs is for PvP and it includes a timer section. They should just add another tab for all reward timers:
- weekly strike target
- signature story arc
- individual task forces
- iTrial empyrean merits
etc.
If you run a signature arc, a WST, one other task force and two different iTrials in a day, your listing will display 5 separate timers with each indicating what it's for and showing the time remaining. -

Having made those points, IN THIS SITUATION, I feel the limited time offer makes no sense. We're not talking about a Santa suit, a Pilgrim outfit, a Jack-O-Lantern head - we're talking about street clothing. These are items that would make sense to wear 365 days of the year. -
Well, I have a defender with tier 4 Clarion and Ironblade also has it specifically for the UG Trial. Sunday after the raid would probably run too late for me.

Yeah, I did some testing and it looks bugged. I don't know if the cards used a calculated distance or collision detection to explode when they hit the ground, but it's broken.
I tested it on top of the train station. I watched with my camera pulled way back and saw the cards fall THROUGH the roof of the train station, THROUGH the platform, and into the ground. I tried it again high up in the air and the cards just kept falling as far as I could watch them. -
