Rogues and Vigilantes rarely have that problem, though.

The funny thing here is that I did a petition and the GM that I got to help told me to submit a bug report. Seems not even the help knows this is WAI, or at least not all of them.
The GM's work for NCSoft, which has multiple games. The 'tier 1' support personnel are not specific to each game.

Related: I have a Praetorian (still a Praet, haven't migrated) who is 23 - I have been doing the First Ward. I have received Valentips but I don't even have a tab to look at them. WAI too? Why can we be part of the Scratch/Ganymede stuff, be granted the ability to get Valentips, but not do them? Especially since a huge amount seem to be here in Praetoria.

Scratch explicitely mentioned needing to team with a Hero, Vigilante or RESISTANCE member so this should work for Praetorians.
Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.
Deadly Doc 50 Dark/Dark Corr
and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant

I receive valentine tips. I got my maximum (?) loadout of 3.
I have no tip tab in my Contacts with which to look at the tips to see if they're in Praetoria/First Ward (I am 23).

Thought you had said Can't do Scratch/Ganymede - hey can and can't are almost the same
It will actually still be possible as some of the tips are in PocketD but it will take forever. One of the one's Ive had would be slightly more dangerous than a delivery should be - and thats an understatement if there ever was one! So it said to speak to DJ Zero for advice. That one is called "The Undeliverable Valentine" in game but will be completable by any alignment including Praetorians - I'm sure there will be other similar ones.

First Ward allowed Praetorians to continue as goldsiders until they finished up there... but didn't revisit the whole Tip tab thing.
Now see, if were up to me, since Goldsiders will never get zones from 30 to 50 in order to create a full-on Incarnate Praetorian, I'd do away with any goldsider going past 20 and remaining gold. I'd force a red/blue choice and then all the mechanics would work as normal and there'd be no need for hacking goldsiders to work past 20.

Never? where was this said?
Very disappointing that this wasn't either caught in beta, or at least checked in on (I wasn't looking at the beta for it this round). I like being a native Praetorian because many of the Achievement/Accomplishment, whichever one it is, badge titles and personal titles are awesome, but there's no way to go back and get them in Praetorian form once I side swap. At least I have time to farm out what I want and then swap and do them, I guess.
