I have a character (a squid) where I use macros to switch power trays around. Is there an easy way to copy a macro so it appears in multiple trays? Or do I need to create another macro with a different name?

Quote:No one is being favored in any way. They get the same rewards after the same amount of time. You sound like a little child who wants to know why they aren't allowed to do the same things as their older sibling.

"Fair": "without favouring one party, in a fair even-handed manner".
Never-ending Veteran Rewards favour players that started playing earlier over players that started playing later. They are "unfair".

You ASSUME you know how long the OP has been playing based on reg date? I would think that many (including myself) don't even know the forums exist when they start playing and only find them when they want to ask about something. I was playing for 10 months before I registered on the forums.

Quote:Since no one is playing why make it harder for the ones that are here, why nerf the xp and why nerf the drops.I think it's a case of you being disconnected from reality.Quote:
i think its another case of the devs diconnect with player base
What the heck are you babbling about? What nerfs are you talking about? -
Quote:FALSE!For the system to actually be "fair", there has to be an end point of maximum reward.
For the system to actually be "fair", it has to be CONSISTENT. Someone starting today gets the rewards at the same rate that everyone else did. What is 'fair' may not be consistent with what YOU WANT, but that's life. -
Quote:A never-ending Veteran Reward program tells new players that they will always have something to look forward to.A never-ending Veteran Reward program tells new players that they will never have the same value to the company as those that have been around since launch. Is that really a message that should be delivered?
Wow, I guess it can mean whatever point we're espousing, eh?

Quote:It's a matter of personal preference. Neither way is inherently better. Either way, a glance and a moment of thought will tell you how they are organized, even if you don't have someone explain it to you.Yeah no offense intended, but this kinda thing is what drives me NUTS in SG bases.
Why do so FEW designers put their TPs in ALPHABETICAL ORDER by Zone?
tl;dr: Alphabetical order is STUPID!

But there is no imbalance. It just happens to be based on a metric that you don't agree with.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!
I hadn't even been paying attention to this. Sixty months is when you get to skip the travel prerequisites. OMG OMG OMG! I'm just 30 days away!

Quote:Yeah, pretty much. Like....Windows, especially Windows 7, is built under the assumption that I'm some kind of knuckle-dragging idiot who's liable to poke his eye on the sharp corners of a drop-down menu, so all of those are hidden and replaced with large, colourful icons to hold my child-like, limited attention span focused.
- the person who thought the CD-ROM tray was a cup-holder.
- the person who didn't understand why their computer wasn't working and couldn't tell if their computer was plugged in or not - because it was too dark to see, since there was a power outage.
- like the NUMEROUS people who can't find the 'ANY' key, when instructed to "Press any key."
- like the person who thought the mouse was a foot pedal.
- like the person trying to scan a document by holding it up to the monitor.
Do I need to continue?

I've done this a few times, including at least 3 on my main toon. If it's on a day/time I can make it, I'll come along. I do SG stuff Friday evenings and a scheduled TF Saturday at 1PM EST. So, Saturday evening/night or Sunday would probably work for me.
Unless you'd need something else, I'll probably bring my main: Ironblade, level 50 BS/regen. -
Quote:Bad example.I was still rocking my pager in 2000, refusing to give in and get a cellphone. Now I can't live without one.

I don't have a cell phone because I don't need one. I am constantly badgered about it by family members which proves my belief that it would be for the convenience of OTHER people and not me.
Overall, though, no I don't avoid something because it's popular. As an example, when we got the shield set I had recently started a tank. I had no intention of making a shield tank until I was done with the previous one. Then someone suggested I should get the name Ironshield, which I did. I made a toon to camp the name and made my tank months later - when I got around to it.

But the suck thing about it is being exemped to level one. That's not something you have to deal with often.

I THINK I got a Pool C drop off an EB, but I'm not positive.

That's entirely personal preference. The vast majority of my squishies do NOT have Combat Jumping.

Quote:Gotham. It's actually a nickname for New York City.Batman spend time being pursued by the same Police he was trying to assist in cleaning up Gothem (em?) city.
Per Wikipedia:
Quote:Writer Bill Finger commented on the naming of the city and reasoning for changing Batman's locale from Manhattan to a fictional city: "Originally I was going to call Gotham City 'Civic City'. Then I tried Capital City, then Coast City. Then I flipped through the phone book and spotted the name 'Gotham Jewelers' and said, 'That's it', Gotham City. We didn't call it New York because we didn't want anybody in any city to identify with it." -
Quote:You gain 1 rep for a kill whose rep is lower, the same, or only a bit higher than yours. You get 6 rep if their rep is 20 or more above yours. The last badge is for 400 rep......and you get 1 rep per kill if their rep is lower than you. I've never gotten more than 6 for a kill, and that was bonus rep.
You don't lose any rep for being defeated.Quote:Possible solution: Remove the degradation of the rep badges. Still lose rep if you lose a fight, -
Quote:That would be the 'Pig-Pen Effect'. You can raise a dust cloud under any conditions.Nevermind, the dust trail while flying seems to have been fixed... but I do find it funny that you also get the dust trail in the water. lol

Quote:Another one has a former Playboy Club waitress gaining powers from a rabbit tailsman and using a playboy styled bunny costume to fight in.feh.Quote:
I think the reason alot of people assume that scantly-clad females are guys IRL is because they themselves are guys who make scantly-clad females because they know they will be looking at this toon as they play.
We have a regularly scheduled team and have had as many as SEVEN people in bunny outfits. Draw conclusions from THAT!

Quote:Are you kidding? QOL for all the players who have so many billions that they have to store it in the market?Another reason i think its time is QoL. Im getting tierd of juggling and half mesure to keep all my plates in the air.
I really want and i think its a good idea that i dont have to bid on non existant lvl 53 ios to store influ all over my account and that i will have to still be doing this ingame email stuff.
1) How many such players do you think there are?
2) How can you possibly imagine that the devs are going to cater to this tiny population of epic hoarders? -
Quote:Sounds right to me. stever's description is.... either wrong or poorly phrased. Leaning toward 'wrong'. They're called 'drops' because the enemies drop them. Defeating an enemy is what triggers the random rolls and it is per enemy, not per player.I have since concluded that is not the case, and the game actually only rolls once, and if a recipe is generated, the recipe is given to a random team member. At least that is my conclusion. If I am wrong please correct me
If you defeat an enemy of high enough level, there is a chance for the enemy to drop a purple. This roll is PER ENEMY. If the roll is made, it is determined randomly who gets the drop. -

Quote:It works with Super Speed, too. What's really cool is that Power Slide's animation actually trumps the Ninja Run animation. So you activate them both and you get a really nice, speedy slide animation. It rocks.

You slide along the ground, at blinding speed, leaving the spark trails.
