  1. The only issue specific to MM's that might have been considered a drop bug was that MM's 'ran afoul' of the participation system and sometimes got the 10 thread consolation prize, despite being an active participant.

That's an understatement. I've seen this problem a few times over the past years and it was in Sharkhead every single time. Maybe it happens in other zones, but I've never had it happen to me anywhere else. I wonder if something specific to the zone has a small chance of borking the entire zone.

    Oh, fine.
I spent a fortune on my stone tank and finally ran him through the STF the other day. It looks like he can already tank Recluse unassisted. Now he just needs the Shield Wall +resist to complete his build.

Anyway, I'll either bring a debuffer or someone who can stack mez protection on the tank so Ghost Widow can't hold him. hm.... Maybe my emp/dark - he can stack Clear Mind and immob her with Tenebrous Tentacles. I'll see who else signs up.

Oh, I guess so. I was talking to our Office Manager today and found myself saying that I wanted to take a vacation day on Friday the 29th.
  6. Having a way to check someones alignment would be good - perhaps toss it in the ID window.

Using new names to distinguish alignment is a HORRIBLE idea. We already have 14 AT names. We don't need 14 more for something that can be done in a manner that is:
    a) Simpler.
    b) Easier for new players to learn/comprehend.

Yeah, we know. What it really is, is VAGUE. It's like the descriptions of attacks: moderate damage, high damage - vague.

  9. The only buffs they get from IO sets are those that specifically say they affect pets. For example, some of the pet sets have pieces that give your pets resistance or defense.

And these statements are more specific - they detail what happened in your personal experience. This is helpful, unlike the previous generalizations.

Ah! Specific conditions that can be tested.

I haven't had any of these problems myself, but I have seen plenty of occasions where people take a really long time to get into the trial, and of course some never make it. I wonder if some people see it taking so long, think they have disconnected and re-log.
  11. The first point was just making general observations. It wasn't making specific statements about bugs so it wasn't really relevant to the comparison.

Again, if you can't see that difference, there's a problem.

I believe there is an actual formula for that, based on how long it takes you to purple your warshade.

No, he said he didn't want to "play the market". That's not the same as using the market to sell things.

Well, they weren't changed or updated. The Chi Masters were added as a new enemy type and had Kinetic Melee right from the start. As to what others have gotten similar treatment, the same issue gave us Demon Summoning and Electric Control and the devs added:
    1) The Girlfriend From Hell to the Hellions faction - using Demon Summoning.
    2) The Supa Stunner to the Freakshow faction - using Electric Control.

I don't recall seeing any enemy using Dual Pistols except Maelstrom.

    Really? Really?
Do you perceive any difference in the following quotes?

I have tried over 10 times to run Lambda(6+) or BAF(5) and have yet to be able to do so, although I will give that on one Lam the issue was graphics not game function related.

This "feature" of not being able to run a league over I guess the data now supports 19 although I have heard of instances of over 14 or 15 is not a feature at all its BROKEN.
The parts that aren't a flat-out rant are just factually wrong.
No leagues over 19 members work? Really? I must have been imagining all those 24-member leagues I've been on.

    Now from someone else:

Oh, look! Someone giving specific examples and ACCURATE statements and no sweeping generalizations.

If you can't tell the differences between exaggerating, ranty and incorrect posts vs posts with clear and accurate statements... yeah.... whatever, chief.
  16. Maybe it's some effect that the Power Analyzer doesn't detect. She definitely gets more than a 9% damage buff.

The first sentence is not necessarily true. The trials are more demanding on a system than earlier content. A system that was borderline to start with can have problems with the trials. People may feel this is a bad design choice - introducing features that cause problems for a portion of the player base - but it wouldn't be a bug. A perfect example is the warehouse map in Lambda, which some players simply can not play, due to lag.

Aside from that, I agree with the rest of your points. The trials have multiple bugs.

  20. Our next weekly task force is Statesman. As he is in Independence Port, this is Heroes, Vigilantes and Rogues only (no Villains).

Saturday, July 23 at 1 PM EDT
    Statesman TF
    Level 45+
    Requires 8 players.

    1. Ironblade - likely a tank or debuffer
    2. GATE-keeper - GATE-keeper (tank)
    3. Simian_Stalker - Lockpick (blaster)
    4. Johnny_Taxibot - Johnny B. Quantum (controller)
    5. Ad Astra - Agoniste (controller)
    6. AngelicaVenger - Angelica Venger (???)
    7.

They can be in trouble, because the same effect that buffs her damage also gives her a crazy to-hit bonus (the players seem to refer to it as 'super fortitude').

Yes, because I was concerned by the phrasing in some of the descriptions. Some of the emotes say they unlock on the CHARACTER. The text is WRONG. I checked. All emotes, all costume emotes and all costume parts are PER ACCOUNT.

It makes perfect sense. Having the servers in one place reduces costs.
They have English NA servers and English EU servers because the EU and NA servers used to be two completely separate lists. Now, the server list has been consolidated into one. However, the relocation of the physical hardware occurred prior to that.

Anyway, to answer the OP's question:
The two most active (also CROWDED) servers are Freedom and Virtue. Please note that, during special events, those two *sometimes* get locked due to the population. At the moment, the next two are Infinity and Justice. Union also has a good population in the early evening (i.e. before it gets too late in Europe, since this was originally an 'EU server').
