You can never have too much END. I have characters who are able to slot two Performance Shifter procs. At worst, having 'too much' END will give you some defense against enemies that drain END. At best, you can go for extra recharge and improve character performance across the board.

Quote:Oh, hell no. My dark/dark tank runs 10 toggles. Even my Mastermind can't get by with just fully slotting Stamina. He runs Assault, Maneuvers, Tactics and Dispersion Bubble while shooting more often than his pets.So here's my question:[/FONT]
Does slotting fitness with 3 or 4 Endurance Modifications solve all endurance problems?
The best slotting for Stamina (for most characters, in MY opinion) is 4 slots - 3 endurance modification and the Performance Shifter +END IO. Now, the good.... no, the OUTSTANDING feature of Invention Origin enhancements is that they will get you the same accuracy and damage you had with SO's, but also adding additional enhancement like extra recharge and endurance reduction. Start by slotting IO's in the powers you use most often. Adding 30-40% endurance reduction without reducing other enhancement categories is easy and will have a major impact on the characters performance. -

I think you misread something. Hyper is saying that Nov 2004 was the first time that it became true that not everything is included in the subscription fee. Going Rogue would simply be one more example.

I recall something like this years ago and think it has to do with the window scale setting. I think it was the badge window I was having problems with. Unfortunately, I can't remember if I did something to fix it, or if it was a bug and got fixed by the devs.
You said you've tried resizing the window. Have you tried undocking it? (i.e. detaching it from the chat window) -

And it's almost 5:30 and I just saw this.
Logging in now. -
We've done the two level 45+ task forces. Next up: the two level 50 task forces. Since Tin Mage is the Weekly Strike Target for this week, we'll be doing this one next. (With Apex the following week.)
The contact is in Rikti War Zone and this is a co-op task force so all alignments can join. Please remember that you need to have your Alpha slot unlocked AND SLOTTED in order to avoid operating at -4 levels. Even 1st Tier slotting will let you operate at normal level. Being level 46 would be bad since the enemies are all level 54.

Tin Mage II TF
Level 50
Requires 8 players.
1. Ironblade - likely a tank or debuffer
2. Johnny Taxibot - blaster
3. Sir Thorn - Green Diamond (blaster)
4. Dr A Science - brute
5. Simian Stalker - someone

It's all relative . . . when it isn't outright BS.
Quote:Article here.Data from the Department of Energy and other agencies show that the average poor family, as defined by Census officials:
● Lives in a home that is in good repair, not crowded, and equipped with air conditioning, clothes washer and dryer, and cable or satellite TV service.
● Prepares meals in a kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave as well as oven and stove.
● Enjoys two color TVs, a DVD player, VCR and if children are there an Xbox, PlayStation, or other video game system.
● Had enough money in the past year to meet essential needs, including adequate food and medical care.
Yeah, according to the Census Bureau, the average "poor" family has two color TV's. Maybe 'middle class' really is $150,000 per year. -
You can always fall back on making transfers through the consignment house. That method has disappeared now that we can email, but it still works.
-
Why don't you stop spouting such stupid BS - "doesn't change the FACT"? No, it's not a fact. It's your opinion. You're not the arbiter of truth and fact.
-
No, it's a stupid design flaw. The consignment house checks to see if you have room available for items or influence. But the email system does not. Since we have an example where the game DOES check and protect you from mistakes, it is not unreasonable to expect it to do that consistently. It's sloppy design.
-
I couldn't tell you in hours because I don't check that. My fastest was probably my fire/kin since, once you get to around 30, you can solo progressively larger and larger spawns. Took me about 2 months, but with plenty of playing other characters in there.
-
Hard to say without knowing what you already have. My first thought was Assault, but I'd guess you already have it.
-
They shouldn't be. They're costume emotes, so they should be in the costume window (and they are). The other emotes are in the quickchat menu, like Ultimate Power.

Quote:-Additionally, giving all VIPs Going Rogue for free doesn't feel fair to those of us who paid for it still fairly recently. At the very least, giving VIPs who owned GR prior to i21 something for it in the way of Paragon Points or a discount in the store is in order, IMO.Quote:It was only about a year ago that we paid for GR, and from that standpoint, yeah, it WOULD be nice to get tossed a bone for it. On the other hand, anyone that did not pay for it had no access to it during that period of time, and I did. AND I got those VERY NICE GameStop lvl 1 enhancements that my subsequent alts have enjoyed tremendously.
On the other hand, if you bought Going Rogue, you got a free month and 2 character slots so it's not like people will be getting the same benefit as those who actually paid for it. Still it would be nice to get something for it. Maybe give everyone who bought it ONE of the new powersets for free. -

Quote:Wow.We also had one BAF where one guy recruited the whole league, and then spent 5 minutes going "WHO WANTS THE STAR?!" until someone stepped up. There was no real leadership on that one... we didn't fail, but it was definitely messy and not a great experience.
"I'll take the star."

Unfortunately, these badge shenanigans have never left us. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought the devs said that future 'Master of' badges would not involve a 'no deaths' requirement. Oh well.

Quote:blah blah blahGoing from "it's unfortunate that this game moved away from full character progression available to any team size" to what you said in just one post is truly a feat worth recognising, and for this, sir, I hereby dub you fanboy of the week.
According to many people on here, it was never "available to any team size". You're just twisting words and redefining the situation to suit yourself. I'll refrain from dubbing you anything, though. I'm bigger than that. -
