ok a couple of questions with this.. are we getting more slots?
and whats going to happen to the people who already have fitness slotted out, where are our slots and enhancements going to go with the change?
I have stamina already 5 sloted for the 2 hp buffs, and my health have some nice miracle and numnia procs in it.. if they get deleted i would kick a devs ***.
Lastly why dont they go a step further and make all the pools change over except the travels.. so we can have leadership in dwarf and nova.. that would be cool. and it would save us time for when we switch back to human so we dont have to retoggle espiecially in pvp. -

I mean really, you complain that you want i12 back, but say that dom's were overpowered when all you had to do was bring BF's of you were fighting them or have a team with an emp or a sonic for cm or clarity.... and you want it reverted because you want to go in with your tanks or scrappers and i13 was made with them in mind, its why every baddo that wants to PvP goes into RV with a tank or scrapper.
I hate the i13 changes but I don't play any melee characters and hate TS,HD and DR. So for me I can definately say revert revert revert but all you do is contradict yourself by asking for an i12 revision but want it for all the reasons they made i13......
I just dont get it.....
what i really mean is take out the negative things i13 brought while.. fixing domination.
ie
1. Get rid of DR.
2. Get rid of travel suppression except melee attacks.
3. Place shields to previous stats.
4. Suppress shields instead of dropping them when held.
5. Take away heal decay
6. Keep the i13 dmg buff.
7. Put mezzes back to the previous i12 stat.
8. Remove the mez protection from domination..
9. Lastly give us back our mag protection or give us the ability to break out of heals like in CO by pressing buttons.
imo that would fix pvp... imo -

I'd much rather have to manage my Break Frees or team with someone who could give me mez protection than not be able to do anything about being mezzed. The duration of mezzes post-I13 isn't the problem, it's that you're able to do literally nothing to prevent them. -

I dont think the devs understand, its not about my toon not being overpowered, because a pvper can always adapt. Its really about the game being extremely boring...
I can only play about a hour or so of pve before i start sleeping at the keyboard.. its soooo boring.. and now they are making pvp even as boring..
Its like hmm how can we get more costumers .. i know lets make this game as boooring as possible..
Revert back to i12 so people have to start thinking about their builds.. start thinking about their situation and stop relying on phase/hibernate to go in the damn zones.. i want to be able to go in the zones with my tanks and scraps and have fun like a blaster.. revert back plz devs.. -

(This is good but they can do the Champions Online approach and suppress the offensive toggles instead of dropping them.. retogling is just annoying now.)

5) Give every AT higher HP caps in PvP Zones.
6) Put doms and controllers mez lvls back to what it was in i12, and remove the mez protection from domination.
7) Only thing that can suppress someones travel power is a melee attack. And the attacker travel power does not get suppressed
edited .. change if you need.. or add to the list.. till we all find an understanding.. and maybe we can submit it to the devs... lol dont think they would give it a first look though haha

There are still no posts saying "PVP is great now, leave it as it is".
There are still lots of posts saying "PVP sucks now"
It really is a no-brainer isn't it. NCSoft ... do you want more money? If the answer is "yes", eat humble pie and revert the pvp changes.
You'll make quite a few people happy, very *very* few people sad and you will have more subs.

i was one of those that left after i 13 and waited for CO.. i just recently came back.. because a friend said he wanted to come back to test out whats new.. and it makes me wonder why i even did. Champions online had its prob.. but at least it seems there devs listen to the pvpers. -

getting dominated for about 30 seconds is another...
either case they could have just fixed domination and left everything else the same for i13, and the game would have been waaaaaaay better.
domination and fortunatas killed i12.. which led to i13 and what we have now -
the more i think about this.. the more this idea looks horrible..
The only at i would say that deserve this change is kheldians.. other than that if any other at gets this, it will through off any lil balance the devs think they have in pvp.
Why kheldians need this is because they are already way behind in the pvp curve + no epic powers and the lack of dev love.. this would go miles to be able to pick up other pool powers and not have to worry about fitness for kheldians..
But i would rather the devs reconsider and place the i12 stats back in - the toggle dropping and the crasy 30 sec mezzes.. other than that we are good to go.. -

just go back to i12 and start over..
either way not having to choose stamina will be good.. all my toons will either have fighting, med, or stealth.. + leaping, speed, and if needs be leadership.. -
its funny they said that they will not go back.. but thats the only thing that would really fix pvp is to go back to i12..
Only thing worth keeping is the mez and toggle changes.. cause lets face it pre i13 the only outliner that made pvp ridiculous was permadoms.. and thats all the devs needed to fix.. + a lil power and melee tweaking here and there and the game would have been fine..
but nooooo lets have a brilliant idea of making your powers that you practice on in pve not work in pvp.. hmm that would attrack non hardcore pvpersyaaaaaah!!!

but back on topic.. so leave rttc out then huh?.. what have you guys been using to replace it health? or just leaving the regen at its levels.? i currently have speed, fighting, jump, and med pool?
pre i13 it use to be speed, fighting, med pool, and fear.. the fear use to be the bread and butter.. fear them and melt with fire.. now that doesnt even work... pre i13 pvp sux ma ballz -

Is there a bind to make rttc auto reactivate once mezzed in pvp?
Also do wp scrappers in pvp still use rttc? or is it no longer worth it? -

That's a big if on whether that works or not, so if it doesn't try the combination of these two binds:
/bind [key] "powexec_toggleoff white dwarf$$goto_tray 1$$powexec_toggleon shining shield"
/bind [key] "+down$$powexec_toggleon thermal shield$$powexec_toggleon quantum shield"
Basically hit one key to drop to human form and toggle your smashing/lethal shield on and then hit the next one to toggle the other two shields on.
As for the dwarf teleport bind, you can use the standard:
/bind lshift+lclick powexec_name white dwarf step
teleport is targeted, so you'll always have to click at least once.

Its working great.. Mercury Down actually was the one that helped me with the build... His build is pretty sick with purps and pvp io's.
I have a way cheaper build but its very fast and effective.. when those debuffs get on the target i hit very hard.. and my heals come back so fat its really hard to kill i can survive 2 AS in human form.. with a swivel of life.. enough to hit the 2 heals or sometimes hit dwarf and heal.. i only use the dwarf form mainly for heal and escape..
Speaking of which is there any bind for tp so i dont have to constant click.. i know theres one i use to use for my shade but cant remember.. Also is there a bind to turn on human form shields after i switch back.. if not just tell me the regular kheldian bind... and ill just outfit all the keys to turn on one at the time. -
yeah the key to the pvp ws is to build it with stalker/controller in mind..
Meaning you are going to play from the shadows the the cloak.. and steath io..
And if you build for fast recharge you can debuff someone speed like crasy.. i have not got mine to work.. but i have seen others make short work of stalkers and even doms with their shades in zones.. im currently waiting for the free server transfer to work on mines again.. i will post the build if it works out.. -
kool thanks for the replies but before i checked the forums i decided to go with a old blapper/dwarf build high recharge and hp.. and kept light form for the hell of it..
but yea procs are def the key.. and the Achilles heel in all the range attacks is heaven sent.. -
So is it even worth it to use light form in pvp anymore? i Recently used it on my human form pb and i think i was capped at around 60 with the shields on.. so is that even worth it since i can just get tough with my pb shields and be around 50% to all including psi. And dont have to deal with the crash..
So whats the deal is light form even worth it anymore? -
well this isn't a surprise.. i finally come back to the game after 2 years and the i13 fiasco just so i can get a lil break from CO and play my kheldians, and come to find out my pb blast cant change colors wow.. ok no worries at least this new booster pack will boost up my forms.. o wow well luckily i switched to all human..
Man FOR a very versatile AT you have to do a lot of conforming.. at least toggles don't drop anymore.
