Must have? Hardly. I don't even have Hasten on my Regen. While I love the topic of DPS, I also think that DPS tends to be overrated. You don't need these kinds of numbers to take out AVs and other hard targets, and AoE and burst damage are more useful in teaming situations. Most people shouldn't play the kind of specialized builds that pull off these numbers.

(edit: Both of my main scrappers do in the neighborhood of 175 DPS, and I'm perfectly happy with that.)

And that is why I'm suggesting that Dragon's Tail should have the purps including the proc. You're gonna be using that more often than Shield Charge.
OK FA stays so maybe drop Cobra Strike for CJ, that would free up say 3 more slots to play with and increase your defense across the board.

Are you really set on those powers?
Do you need FA? Cobra Atrike?

Looks to me like they're only used as a mule. Try picking up CJ in place of either one of those or maybe drop both completly and pick up CAK. Put the Gaussian's set on Focus Chi, maybe swap out the slotting for Dragon's tail and Shield Charge...
A few more things I would change on it but honestly just try to get 45 defense to all 3 with some attacks and you should be all good.

not really worried about this.
I am however so tempted to respec into a dps build just to see how it fairs with the Shielders time, as well as properly suiting up my Fire/Shielder just for comparison...

Since I do have a Mace tanker.
Could just go Clobber->JawBreaker->Shatter... 257% recharge on Clobber I believe... EDIT: (be able to put on 2 purps set on the chain not to mention the -res proc on Shatter, so this is probably what I'd go for)
Clobber->Jawbreaker->Pulverize might be a bit better but would require a lot more recharge on Clobber

You're on your own on the Axe...

I believe those goes into PBAoE...

I have a build that could run FU->Focus->Slash gapless (well not really but it might as well be with a .001 gap I think )
let's see if I could find it...
