What is your budget? I ask because you're using a lot of the cheaper/unused sets (ex: Focused Smite). Depending on how much you're willing to spend on the build will change what advice people will give you.
Also, are you planning on respeccing into this, or leveling a character with this as a final build in mind? Is exemplaring important to you?
Why bother with a Zephyr-ResKB? Do you not like running Unyielding in battle or while traveling?

zeldo, I had the same question. I pulled a lot of those slots from the latest tank version of Invuln. I thought some one knew something I didn't.

could be mistaken...
But they were probably going for the defense that the Zephyr set offers..
My latest project is a Dark/Inv, it's a long way from done, but below is what I'm currently building too.
(I'll also freely call it a long way from perfect, and am sure someone will post better)
The hope is that it will be a smash/lethal resisting god, that's Invulnerability's strength after all, and that she will be able to solo huge chunks of the ITF without having to worry about that pesky 'cascading defense failure' that say, shields, can suffer from.
The two big things that stood out on your build were that you skipped Shadow Punch, and that you have low recharge, so -
*Swap 'Touch of fear' for 'Shadow Punch'
*and bring in Hasten.
This will strengthen your Attack Chain in a big way.

Touch of Fear is such a great control feature though. I am not sure if I want to lose it.
Back in the day shadow punch was skipped so it never made it into my build. I couldn't find a place for hasten. Since I brought in the fighting pool.
