I'd go conserve power.
Beyond that, get stamina 3 slotted with perf shifters for another 25 hit points and more movement speed.
I was going to say replace the Gift of the ancients with Serendipity for more HP and regen but you'd lose a lot of run speed doing so.

More than that I'd lose a hell of a lot of Endurance Recovery. I need to look over what effect losing .24/s would have on my ability to keep fighting for prolonged periods.

replace the lotg defense in your three def shields with lotg end/rech, you'll still get the same defense bonus and you'll save end on each one,as well as have them recharge faster in the event you get detoggled.
Replace swift with hurdle, and get SS instead of SJ. And take all of those slots you're wasting on run speed and spend them in other areas.
A jump pack ,hurdle, and CJ should get you around just fine.
Superspeed even 1 slotted is a better value than wasting 3 slots in sprint, a slot in swift, and a slot in quickness, and 2? gift of the ancients IMO You should be able to get over most anything, and you're already level 40 so you can get into the shard to get a jetpack. I would recommend splurging and getting the GVE pack. That when used with the raptor pack makes you fly fast, and it'll give you all the vertical you need as it's up pretty fast.

New question now: I've noticed that the suggestion made involves shoring up Regeneration rates over Recovery rates. Is it better for an /SR to have more Endurance or more Hitpoints? I understand it is possible to get both (As BillZ's build shows) but I don't have billions to drop on purple IOs to do such things.
If one were to have to pick between a higher recovery rate at the expense of some Regen or the other way around which would be the best for survivability?
For survivability? Hit points and regen. Endurance and recovery don't help you to survive, at least not directly, or not often. Running away to get your endurance back sucks, though. Generally speaking, the most effective way to tackle endurance problems cheaply is to get a lot of endurance reduction in your attacks.

Edit: I was wondering why you gave a score until I noticed that the text blurb from that thread ended up in there on accident too, threw me off for a bit.
As I near fifty on my Claws/SR Scrapper I've been re-evaluting my build and I'm wondering if I could get some input on it.
I'm at the Soft-Cap for positional defense and then some (47.7% for Melee, 49.6% for Ranged, and 48.9% for AoE), 187% Recovery, and 315% Regen. More than that the point of this build is the ability to move fast without the SS travel power, which is why Sprint, and the passives are slotted how they are. I've only got 50% recharge but I think I've got a pretty solid build; however, coming from a Blaster my view may be distorted.
Also, I'm wondering about what the best choice for my 49th level power choice would be. I've narrowed my choices to Confront, Conserve Power, and (maybe)Hasten. I've heard good things about all these powers for Scrappers but I'm still unsure which would be best.
