Would definitely check out Aliana's build there. That thing could do some crazy stuff...
I actually rolled one since I've been seeing a lot of this combo flying around, and I wanted to try out some crazy shietznetzs as well, :-) but I went red side and made him a brute. Already got 4 Inv blue side, 3 scraps and a tank so figured I changed things some. -
If its a level 50 build with endless supply of influence and the addition of PP, sure you could build around without it.
If we're talking about a leveling build, would strongly advice on picking it up at 20, unless you are a regen or WP. -
would be nice if they change it to KD though. Just gotta have to deal with it I guess.

I still don't understand why Brutes get any kind of stealth powers. If I want my brute to be stealthy, I'll get me one of those IO's. I say forget the stealth and stick the taunt in there. Then maybe we could all see how "weak" EA really is ... ;-)

Kinda figured it was that, maybe was hoping for it to do KD. My claws scrappers spoiled me...

Been using shockwave for sometime now on scrappers and it has always been KD on +4.

Dark Armor has stealth and a taunt aura, though it is a damage aura...

OK so I was PLing my lowbie with my claws/AE... difficulty setting is at +4/8. Picked up a council mish... Went in the mish, started gathering up the first mob... FU->Spin->jumped up and hit Shockwave, and to my surprise every single thing but the giant robots got knocked back. Did they changed shockwave or are councils just weak against KB?

NO taunt aura!!!
I needs those monkeys to stay and fuel Energy Drain... ;-) -
Hit 50 a couple days ago. Got a build together on a 200 mill budget. Going to RWZ to see if could put a dent on a pylon... brb

Most of mine are sitting at 1 maybe 2. Only a couple has 4...
I just switch characters when I get tired of looking at one... ;-) -
Claws - endurance issues?
Been there...
Had to pick up CP on my claws/regen with both QR and stamina on the build...
ET->FU->Spin->Shockwave - running on a perma hasten build...

with defenses 35+ and ED fully slotted, bumbed the slider up to +1/8. Ran a few mish with councils and freaks and I don't see much of a problem. I know, I know... cherry pickin ... ;-) -

There are definitely other approaches, but here's what I'd consider a basic plan for the Regeneration secondary using SOs or common IOs:
- Fast Healing at 1, 3 heals
- Reconstruction nice and early, 3 heals, 3 recharges
- Quick Recovery nice and early, 1 endurance modifier at first, add 1 or 2 more as necessary
- Dull Pain when or shortly after when available, as there is a lot to squeeze in at that level, 3 heals, 3 recharges
- Integration at 16, 3 heals, possibly 1 endurance reducer
- Resilience when and if you can work it in, 1 resist
- Instant Healing when or shortly after when available, 1-3 recharges, no heals unless you're swimming in slots
- Skip Revive
- Moment of Glory when or shortly after when available, 1-3 recharges
- Hasten when convenient, 3 recharges
- Health when convenient, 3 heals
- Tough when convenient, 3 resists, 1 endurance reducer
- Stamina if and when you start having endurance trouble, which may not be until 30 or later, 1 endurance modifier at first, add 1 or 2 more as necessary
The astute observer will notice that I've now recommended 5 power pools Leaping or Flight, Fitness, Fighting, Leadership and Speed. You can't have everything, so you'll need to make some choices. I dropped Speed, using IO set bonuses and my primary (Katana) to drastically improve my defense. Most people should probably drop Leadership instead. You'll probably find Hasten more useful than Maneuvers.
And I gotta say...
