    Here is an expensive version with force. Most epics and patrons can work. I enjoy pff for evading more than the extra damage from patrons/fire mastery.

    You can do it cheaper. just build towards 70% rech 60%+ acc and hp cap with accolades and fit in 41 kb protection with acro.

    Btw has anything been revealed about the numbers of the set? if gloom is 1.67 cast time with extra dumb root that 1.67 attack usually have im going to be hesitant to roll one

    At this point, it's cityofheroes.exe that hangs not the launcher or the driver.

    Yeah im not getting any luck and i cba to go through the entire list of drivers when its the app that hangs. And its only coh for me at least.
