  1. All the webcomics I normally read have already been mentioned, except this one.

    How I Killed Your Master

The style of the comic is an old fashioned Kung Fu movie in webcomic form.

Yep Pre-Traveler and I agree that Adric would win, Post Traveler Adric would be toast.

I also agree that Q would win.

The Black Guardian since he is supposed to be the personification of entropy & chaos, should have been more powerful than he was portrayed in the series.

The magnitude of his power should had been the same as the White Guardian who could puck the Tardis out of the time vortex just by thinking it.
  3. Ok, just for fun, who would win the follow match-ups?

    Black Guardian vs. Q

    Adric vs. Wesley Crusher

    The River

The show reminded me of the Blair Witch Project, I found the shaky cam to be annoying.

The show did have a creepy vibe to it (I liked it).

Once I saw the doll tree a couple of things I expected to happen, did (the head turning, eyes opening, the son taking back the teddy bear & that there would be a repercussion from that).

What did you all think of the show?

Make it a mobile drone that follows the user around or reduce the recharge time. Also, if possible, greatly ramp-up the +Regen, but make it so it doesn't stack with other Beacons or similar powers (i.e. Tree of Life).

In case Triage Beacon isn’t made mobile, a +damage resistance power could be added to it to help keep you alive (similar to the devouring earth cairns), or have the beacon place the regen buff on any allies entering the area so that the buff stays on them (for a limited amount of time) even after they leave the area.

An excellent suggestion, Instead of slowing the team down by having them wait while you place each & every bomb, this would be a power you could just toss & keep fighting.

I would definitely take a power like that.

One other thing I would like to see is Gun Drone’s duration lasting a lot longer than it does right now.

series co-creator Ryan Murphy and FX president and general manager John Landgraf revealed on a conference call this morning that every 12-episode season of the show going forward will feature a completely new, self-contained storyline, with all-new characters, a fresh setting, new monsters, a different overall theme and even a brand new title sequence.

Next season will probably deal with either a new family moving into the house or a new locale with a whole new cast.

    Probably the latter.

I think the whole "lets give the enemy Intangible" is the biggest problem. Possible fixes include substituting Stun for Intangible, or substituting Stun+KB (my favorite) for Intangible.

Foe Intangibility/Foe Capture powers (Black Hole, Dimension Shift, Detention Field, and Sonic Cage) should have a Moderate DoT -Regen -Heal added to them.

When an AoE Intangible (Black Hole, Dimension Shift) power ends, maybe have an AoE blast go off as well.

  19. Fleeting_Whisper had a great idea for the Shadow Shard.

    Quote:
Actually, we're still missing 4 zones that ought to be in the Shard:
    - Factory Cubes (Chularn the Slave Lord / Wisps)
    - Repository (Kuularth the Scavenger / Natterlings)
    - Palace (Aloore the Watcher / Sentries)
    - Garden of Memories (Uuralur the Mirror / Reflections)

    In comparison, we have:
    - Cascade Archipelago (Ruladak the Strong / Brutes)
    - Storm Palace (Lanaru the Mad / Storm Elementals)
    - Chantry (Faathim the Kind)
    - Firebase Zulu
    - Pocket D (sort of...)

    Edit: Suggestion:
    1. Leave Cascade Archipelago/Storm Palace/Chantry/Firebase Zulu to the Heroes
    2. Create Firebase Alpha for the Villains
    3. Add Factory Cubes/Repository/Garden of Memories to the Villains
    4. Add the Palace as co-op

Then each side has a Firebase SS zone not associated with a Rularuu aspect, 3 SS zones associated with one of the aspects, and 1 co-op SS zone for super awesome raid-the-palace somethingorother.

If any of these items are nearby they're getting stuffed into the backpack.

    Bicycle Chain Locks
    Padlocks
    Bolt Cutter
    Medical Kit
    Canned Food
    Can Opener
    Rope
Multifunction Tool (Swiss Army Knife or equivalent)
    Roll of Duct Tape
    Crowbar

The chain locks & padlocks can be used to seal off an area from the horde; bolt cutter/crowbar to open up an area that’s sealed off to me.

Plenty of uses for rope or Duct Tape.
