Possible with an ill/TA/fire trolley - but sounds horrible.

I can't possibly know, as a CoH Vet, what new players want, but it does strike me as odd that the devs choose to leave broken things in the game, either fix them or remove them and say sorry.
[/ QUOTE ]
Bear in mind that we have several teams working on different things. Those in charge of creating the content for Power customisation are not necessarily in charge of fixing certain types of bugs. That is just an example.

So you're saying there is a whole room dedicated to the fixing of bugged trials? This is just an example. -

I won't be colouring anything, because some killjoy git decided that Kheldians aren't allowed to colour their powers for no sensible reason whatsoever.
[/ QUOTE ]
I have a sneaking suspicion this has something to do with adapting the powers for both the Kheldian ATs is about as much work as all the other AT's combined.
Personally I like the Kheld colours so I'm not that fussed (not to mention that I could do without an invasion of pink squids, 's gonna be enough 'funny' toons around as is.)
[/ QUOTE ]
I couldn't care less whether it's more work or not, frankly (and btw, you're wrong. The other sets added up contain WAY more powers than both Kheld powersets do). If they're putting the effort in to other power sets, then they can do the same for Khelds. Not doing so is just deliberately [censored] off part of your user base.
[/ QUOTE ]
Personally I'm glad they arent making Kheld colour custom powers, maybe the development time could be used for things I'd like to see in-game like errrr fixing stuff!
On a side note am I the only one who thinks that customising powers in i16 will cause more pain and suffering to the players with respect to A) it being bugged at release and B) them taking ages to fix it?
Pure conjecture I know but many (maybe all) of the 'player want' features bought out in the last couple of years haven't been implemented without major hitch.
I can't possibly know, as a CoH Vet, what new players want, but it does strike me as odd that the devs choose to leave broken things in the game, either fix them or remove them and say sorry.
However back OT, since we can't stem the onslaught of eye bleeding powers I'll no doubt recolour my fire/rad's imps to attract even more aggro by some outlandish, ostentatious and downright gregarious tinting. -
Am I the only one who foresees endless broadcasts of 'Kill Steal!' ?

Illusion emps are great as healing does not break hide.

But if you're healing others then it's more than likely someone else has already taken the aggro for you -
Swap TK for PFF and you could go 'high street bowling'.

Not true in my experience, only once have support taken so long to reply in game before I've given up and logged. All the other times (prolley about a dozen) I've been graced by a most helpful GM within 15 mins.
As for bugs though I send as much detail as possible with in the initial character space then forget about it. Luckily I've not had any account/billing issues to resolve to date. -
Just looked again and there it is - think I'm losing my mind (again).

The patch notes have the badge 'Virtual Victor' as still 'in-game' but I'm not sure it is. Is it possible to confirm if this badge is still available please?

My only story arc was published 52 days ago, it was without fanfare or any kind of advertisement - finally someone played it today.
So it got me thinking (and not about how great i15's MA fixes are gonna be) about how many arcs people have written but have never been played? Anyone beat 52 days? -
IMO, the longer the Devs leave the markets separate the more they are advocating farming and similar activities. They have already left it too long and the market problems have got worse and worse.
Inaction is always an option just rarely the right one.
Of course I'm sure if this was suggested to them they'd say it's working as intended however I know a few players who are being put off the game by the current 'inf'lation rate. -
I honestly think that it's because Defiant has a small number of players that make it an easier place to play with like minded folk. In the case of 'speeding' TFs the smaller community can make the team forming decisions a whole lot simpler when filling the last few spots with 'randoms'.
In the case of tonight's ITF (23:04), it was a group of players who just came together on the night - even had a level 44 to SK. -
...don't forget the 4 seconds. Not sure if anyone got a screenie though. Wanna say sorry too to my SK who I kept running away from ;-)

Should I ever choose to don 'The Office Belt' I will most certainly install it with a Babel fish so I can understand the utter pants you folks are going on about.

I have Unstoppable on my Inv/SS purely for the placing of a proc. To have some powers in your build that don't need more than the original 1 slot it comes with is usually very handy. I once accidentally activated Unstoppable in PvE, apart from that I've never needed to use it in anger.
LBE might fit with your costume but I'm of the opinion that you should be spending your slots on filling the psi hole (all hail Gorerider for showing us the way) - so with this in mind I'd say that inv/SS don't need any epic powers at all. Let others do the damage. Taunt taunt and taunt some more, learn to herd quickly with 'corners' and 'out in the open' and I suspect you'll get yourself in many a friends list. Your primary attack and down right 'Make you smile' power should be FootStomp, if single starget is required then Knockout Blow's yer man. -
Another 'off the wall' suggestion could be to merge the markets in secret one day and drop X infamy on all current villains - Where X = (current difference in 'spending power') divided by (total number of villains)
-
With the exception of procs which have their own 'rule of 5' counter - best example is the LotG proc +7.5% rech, you can have 5 of these PLUS 5 other +7.5% rech bonuses.
-
I badge on one of my toons - it's a horrible addiction that I can find no counselling for. I however largely agree with the MA badge removal, especially badges that rely on input from other players (who aren't on your team) - how did they not see that being abused prior to implementation?
-
Think you should consider swapping ill for fire and storm (*spit*) for rad. Think you might have the makings of a good toon then.

Issue 15: Betamax!

Small, better quality but not marketed at all well. Uncanny. -
What no +def Melee? Gonna be a tough set to play on your tanks and scrapper melee toons.

No deaths and no temps is good for STF and LRSF however if something like this were to be implemented (and I hope it is) then maybe TF specific challenges should be incorporated into their MO's. i.e. for Posi - under 3 hours and no insps OR Citadel - no enhancements ;-)

Flier eats Shivan, shivan goes boom, flier goes down.... IF only!!

If only my Shivs would do more than stand behind LR and pick their noses - I mean lets face it they are massive bogies anyway, why pick more? Maybe it's how they reproduce. -
Statesman is soon gonna say - "Don't bother here's 40 merits now run along."
