What counts towards 5 set bonuses limit?

Bonuses with the same name? ("no more than 5 recharge bonuses") Bonuses with the same name and value? ("no more than 5 [large] recharge bonuses") Or bonuses from the same set?

The second. eg, 5 red fortunes at (5) 5% REcharge bonus, means that a 6th of any set giving 5% Recharge bonus, wouldn't apply. But the 3.75% from Tempered Readiness, or the 10% from most purple sets, would still apply, up to their own limit of 5

Heck, if it was either of the other two, my Permadom wouldn't work at all :P

With the exception of procs which have their own 'rule of 5' counter - best example is the LotG proc +7.5% rech, you can have 5 of these PLUS 5 other +7.5% rech bonuses.
