I really like the bridge too, but I think the zone's too big.
What I'd like to see them do is retcon it a bit, and make the whole southen end be Terra Volta, so it'd match the size of the actual Terra Volta zone - it'd be a double zone, like Faultline and the reservoir, with the dam dividing them.
Making Terra Volta the southern end of IP would help tighten the focus of IP, and make Terra Volta much more integrated.

Maybe make Pocket D less of a nigthclub and more of a transdimensional area like the city of Sigil in Planescape?
Give DJ Zero a makeover, and make him a more shadowy controller of the area, and replace the Longbow and Arachnos guards with his own guards.
Keep the nightclub as it is, but move it to one side, and have the main area you enter first from the elevators be the place where the zone portals are.

Well, there's a new patch on the Test server right now, so it may have a fix for your problem in it.

I like the Hollows around Eastgate Heights when you're near the top and there's a haze over all the area below you, especially when the sun is setting or rising.

The zones I spend the most time in are Atlas Park and RV - but they're not my favorite zones

It's marked as a red dot on the right side wall of Steel Canyon - it's a 25+ zone, with a fun bounty system that can earn you enhancements.

You need to talk to Montague Castanella in the library area of Steel Canyon University - do the stroy arc he gives you, and at the end, you'll be given a pasword to enter the Midnight Club, which is also in the university - the entrance to the club is marked on your map.
When you're inside the club, go through the doors right at the back, and take the the next set of doors directly on your right - that will take you to a passage where there's an Ouroboros crystal, which you click on to get to Cimerora.
