I think going rogue will be the addon pack. Still wondering at the title... City of Neutrality doesn't have a great ring to it. Based on the middle ground idea that I saw in a dev interview at some point anyway.

Going rogue doesn't mean you'd be neutral - it's switching sides from good to evil, or from evil to good.

I will use it to farm Inf for the last Inf badge, and farm Prestige for the largest base plot size

Last year, they wiped the names fo any avatar under level 5 that had been inactive for 90 days or more, to free up the names for current players - but the avatars are still there, you'll just need to pick a new name for them, if you had any under level 5 that is

I can't really remember the last time I put a team together from scratch - I seem to get invites when the team is already under way
But if I need to invite people, I tell them what the mission and level is, and how long we expect to take.
