EDIT: If they do plan on the making the Incarnate system a sort of parallel 1-50 levels, then I think if you exemped to, say, level 13, then you'd get to use scaled versions of you first 13 Incarnate levels. -

I can see why they made this section, but mostly, the Euro players just hang out with everyone else now. -
I'd suggest some casual questions about her work - that should lead on to the amount of free time she has or doesn't have - and if she's sharp, she'll get what's behind the questions, and either drop in a boyfriend reference if she's not interested, or, if she is interested, give more info on what she does in her free time, said in a way to leave it open for you to give more info about what you like doing in your free time, so she can build up a better picture of you and your potential.
WARNING - this will only work if she's sharp - if she's not the sharpest knife in the draw, then you might get unintentional wrong signals

Maybe next time, they could have something like a big whiteboard where people could write their names and their global handles if they wanted to, so you could find people you'd talked to, but hadn't remembered to get their name/global handle?

If we can all become incarnates, then wouldn't all the AVs and other enemies try and get the same powers too?
Maybe some of the new zone events will involve something like that? -

With this particular game-world, the 'incarnate' powers manifested themselves not only in the Gods but in the Heroes. Going by what we see in Cimerora and in Positron's personal table-top game he played with players who arrived early at the last Hero Con (which constitutes background lore we haven't seen in-game) we have:
Zeus/Imperious/Statesman
Positron/Daedalus
Sister Psyche/Sister Solaris
Ghost Widow/Sister Airlia
Synapse/Marathon (yeah, I know)
Manticore/Orion
Citadel/Parthenon (yeah, I know)
So that might mean that they could use words rather than characters for the tech and science based avatars, to keep the magical part totally in the background. -
