When I was staying in Europe when my mom had work there for a few months, a friend their gave me CoH - he goes from one MMO to the next, so he didn't stay long with CoH - but he knew I loved comics and superheroes, so he knew I'd love it forever

I don't have any beef with buildings and people because I think they're in some way flawed, or need destroying, in other words. In the same vein there is no way for humanity to redeem itself... simply because it has done nothing wrong for it to need to have to redeem itself, in my eyes. The problem simply is that it is there, and I think I could make it better. Kill off the humans and have vines and trees take over.

I think the only way a Resistance person would get to talk to him was if we'd been captured, and then we'd just get his traditional "so Statesman, how does it feel to be a prisoner" speech - and I don't think the game would ever put us in a position where we couldn't escape, which is what those glowing things that are holding Statesman would do.
Like even when we end up in a Council or Thorn cell, there are no guards, no one comes to talk to us, and we're not restrained in any way - it's only really there to add a bit of variation to the normal trip to the hospital when we're defeated. -
