I have a question about the ordering policy. The order screen indicates orders will only opened for ten at a time. Which, is understandable. But it also indicates the ordering will resume again on the 17th. Does the limit of 10 also include what's in the present queue? In other words, will ordering be closed until the queue gets below 10?

In the moral area, from what you've described is not flattery, and pretty rude. However, without actually seeing the site and what was copied, not really certain what can be said/done.

First, have you contacted the individual, and asked why they were doing it? Or asked them to stop? Anything after that, the first question would be "did you ask them to stop?". From what you describe I seriously doubt it would have an effect, but it would cover that base of the argument on your end, for down the road. And make sure you keep that correspondence.

Easy way would be to post up the offending site, and let a public shaming take place. As a repeat customer (and repeat again on Aug 17 ) I know I would never buy anything from a site that I thought was a blatant rip-off of MMOArt. My thought would be that if the artist is that uncreative in just the site design alone, why on earth would I be willing to part with my hard earned cash for something by this person? Am I going to get nothing but an inferior copy of someone else's art as well? But posting up the site and letting people know that MMOArt is the original, would pre-emptive the reverse from happening. It would also let people avoid said site. Heck, even an organized boycott might be something for the customers to consider.

If the rip-off is really blatant, and the site is operating on a hosted service, you can always make a formal complaint to the IP address owner. However no real guarentee's on that, as it would be entirely up to the discression of the hosted service on what action (if any) would be done. And even though there are some slimey ones, there are also some that are stand-up.

What is trademarked and copyright protected on the MMOArt site? I'm not a civil expert, but if there are violations of copyright and trademark incidents, you could take it to the next step for civil or criminal. Although, I believe on the federal level, you've got to have 500 copyright incidents before it becomes a felony. But even if you don't want to go that route, it can also be useful to include in any complain (if any) to the IP address or hosted service owner.

Nice backstory. One question about the Titans. In light of the newer armor sets that came out with I7 for NPC's, will the Titans get a 'modernization' to their look in I8? Compared to the PPD and Crey scorpion armor, the Titan's look kind of Robby the Robot-ish.

As mentioned by others, I think it's just a matter of perception and not hving scores of 50's around to pass out INF like candy to lower levels. Having started up one of the new Sonics with I5, the CoV rate of drops and INF earning seems to be the same.

Personally, I skipped Training and DO's and waited to buy SO's in CoV. Even then, it was a very small amount possible to buy and forced me to make choices in what I wanted. Looks to be the same for the next few cycles of SO buying as well. Unlike CoH where SG mates, costume contests, alts, etc, can just 'fill in the blanks' for new characters.

Give it a few months and it will balance out, once high level characters get established.

Also to consider is now players will have to choose between Prestige or Infamy once they hit level 25. Seems to be an increasing 10% drop in Infamy with each level in VG mode past level 25. Something players haven't had to do before, make a choice.

Blueberry-Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients:
pastry for a two-crust pie
2 c blueberries
1 1/2 c rhubarb, chopped in 1/2" pieces
1 c sugar
3 T flour
pinch of cinnamon
3/4 t lemon zest
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 400*F.

Line a nine-inch pie pan with pastry dough, allowing a half-inch of crust to hang over the edge of the pie pan. Put blueberries and rhubarb in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon zest. Pour sugar mixture over fruit and stir gently with a rubber spatula until mixture is well distributed. Transfer to lined pie pan. Use remaining dough for a lattice top. Fold the overhanging bottom crust back over the ends of the strips and crimp the pastry for a decorative finish. Bake for, 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350*F and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crust is golden and juices are bubbling. Cool for several hours before cutting to serve.

Then, why don't you inform NCSoft of this particular store breaking the release date, and causing the problem that you've ran into? That way NCSoft can address the problem you're complaining about. Give them the store address and location, so they're made aware of it.
